A low hum filled a white room, every few seconds a beep would sound of at a smoot steady beat. The sun shined through the windows which curtains were pulled back to see outside. Wendi laid attached to wires and plugs to keep her stable as she slept the pain and trauma away.

Xavier sat across the room, fast asleep as he attempted to watch over her. While the girls condition improved, her eye hadn't opened I a long time making the boy worry. An Alarm going off woke him, Xavier jumped looking around the room in panic before his eyes met his phone on the table beside him still going off.

With a press of a button, the sound stopped filling the room with silence. He looked at the girl, standing before walking over to her. Xavier stretched his hand out to touch the girls face, brushing a finger softly across her face as his eye fell from her closed ones, to her lips, then to the bandage that wrapped tightly around her neck.

"I need you to wake up now Wen. Everyone's missed you." He says as he glances at his phone seeing the time, "I have to go to principal Weems funeral, but I'll be back later." He finished with a kiss on her forehead, departing from her and leaving white room.

"Now that classes are canceled for the semester, you have to come visit me in San Francisco. I can pretty much guarantee fog and drizzle every day." Enid chirped, "I can't wait for Wendi to get up, Her and her mom are right by us so we can all hangout when to visit too!"

"Sounds tempting." Wednesday said before turning, "Bianca. I owe you a thank-you.

"We're getting that fencing title next year. So don't let killing one supernatural pilgrim get to your head." The siren responded with a smile before making her way over to her friends.

"I hear you're a free man now." Wednesday says to Xavier as she approaches the boy.

"Yup. All charges dismissed." He said with a simile.

"And Wendi?"

"Better, but she still hasn't woken up." Xavier responds with a sullen look. "A few of us are going there later before everyone leaves, if you want to join?" He asks.

"Apologies, I'm actually leaving in a few minutes." Wednesday replies.

"All good." Xavier says pausing before he speaks again, "Listen. When I was in the cell, I said a lot of... things. Being your friend should come with a warning label." He finished looking to the girl whose face was unchanged, "Anyways... Wen and I were planning to give this to you but... yeah. So... Welcome to the 21st century, Addams." Xavier says handing the girl a box to a smartphone. "My number's in there already along with Wen's. I figured you'd want her number for when she wakes up."

"That's a bold move. I hope you're not expecting me to call you." Wednesday says sternly, however the faintest smile showed upon her lips.

"No, never. I'd settle for a text, though." He replies before smirking, "You know what a text is, right?"

"Goodbye, Xavier." Wednesday said as she left, opening the phone to see Wendi contact, her fingers brushing over the keyboard,

         'Hello,

When you wake up, I'd love to talk
            with you again.

                                             -Wednesday'

"Hey, are you going to be back next semester? Yes? No? Maybe?" Xavier shouted to the girl as she walked away, a smirk falling onto his lips as he watched the girl ignore him looking at the phone.
