Layla's POV

Layla woke up to some rapid knocks on her door.

"Gray, come on. Get up! We got to get going."

Layla could hear Mrs. Nowhere yelling at her through the door. Layla groaned and rolled to the side to look at her phone. It was only 7:31, so Layla had no clue why Nowhere was rushing when the race didn't start til 12:00.

Layla got in the shower and thought about the conversation her and Tony had last night. A lot of what he was telling her was a lie. He said that the other boys woke him up, but they'd had gotten back close to an hour before Tony woke up.

After Layla was finished with her shower and ready, she left her room to join the other two in the main hall.

"It's about time you got up."

Mrs. Nowhere barked at her as she walked up to them.

"Whatever. Let's just go get the boys."

Layla said as she rolled her eyes at Nowhere. The three of them walked towards the boy's room. Three rapid knocks from Mrs. Nowhere got Frostee answered quickly.

"Sorry!"

Frostee said as he threw the door open, walking out.

"About time."

Mrs. Nowhere huffed at Frostee as she walked to Cisco's room. She did the same for Cisco. He rushed out of his room, trying to get his shirt on.

"Sorry..."

He said apologetically as Mrs. Nowhere glared at him.

"Let's get Toretto?"

She sighed, slightly sounding furious. They went to his door, and Nowhere started banging on his door. No answer.

"Toretto! Wake up."

Mrs. Nowhere yelled, but still no answer.

"Frostee, get this door open!"

Frostee did as she asked and opened the door.

"Well, go wake him up."

Nowhere commanded, glaring at the boys.

"No way because the last time you made us wake him up, he literally growled at us and was saying mean thing that I don't think he meant but said because he was tired!"

Frostee snapped at Mrs. Nowhere. He did have a point though. Tony's attitude was very vicious when they woke him up. Maybe it was Layla's turn to try to wake him up.

"Don't worry. I'll handle it."

Layla said before Nowhere could argue with Frostee and Cisco anymore. Layla slowly opened the door to Tony's room, walking in quietly. She found him lying on his back this time, with his right hand next to his head. Layla knelt at the bed, about to wake Tony up before she noticed something very wrong. Tony was very tense. He looked scared in his sleep and his hand was slightly twitching.

"What's up, Gray? Wake him up!"

Mrs. Nowhere demanded. Her and the others were standing at the doorway of Tony's room.

"I can't."

Layla whispered.

"And why not?"

Mrs. Nowhere demanded again, crossing her arms. Layla looked back at them worried.

"Because he's having a nightmare."

Tony's POV

Tony knew he was having another nightmare, but it felt all too real. He tried waking himself up, but to no avail. He was very injured. There were cuts all over his body and he was pretty sure his right leg was shattered.
