The small party

"Can we invite people to our small party?" Asked Yuna while tilting her head. 

The newly formed group of friends was relaxing under a tree in the middle of the school's park. They had lunch a few minutes ago and didn't feel like going to their rooms yet. 

The three girls were lying on their backs while looking at the sky through the branches. 

The winter was finally ending and even though most days were still cold, that day in particular the sun was shining bright and the air surrounding them felt warmer. That is probably the reason why most of the student population was out in the school's park just like them. 

"Sure." Replied Y/N while crossing her arms under her head to get a better view of the Korean girl chatting with her friends a few meters away from her.  "But not many because my room is quite small. And we can't trust everyone, invite people you know won't rat us out." 

"Do you want to invite someone, Yunjin?" 

"Not really, the only people I hang out with besides you guys, are the girls from my team, but they're like super healthy and stuff, so no." 

"And you Y/N?" 

"I would invite Minji, but she's the student body president, so I don't think that's a smart move." As if the girl could feel they were talking about her, the black-haired girl looked in Y/N's direction and waved at her with her hand, making the American smile and send a wink in her direction.

"Yeah. Sucks for you, you got the hots for the school's perfect girl." Jennifer shook her head. 

"What about Wonyoung?" Questioned Y/N while looking at Yuna.

"Yes! I was thinking about her too." The cheerleader exclaimed excitedly. "We can invite her and Yujin and that be enough." 

"Okay, then. It's settled."

"I'll go look for her." The youngest of the trio stood up and started walking away without another word.  

"Damn. She's excited." Jennifer laughed. 

Y/N smiled while looking at Hussey walking into the building. It was nice to make her friends happy.

"I'm going to go say hi to Minji and her friends, wanna come?" 

"I'm sure you're not going there because of her friends. Just say you want to talk to her, no need to lie." Jennifer smirked, while Y/N just rolled her eyes at the girl. 

"Just get up." 

"Help me." 

The girls made their way to the group that was currently hanging by a picnic table while making jokes and shoving each other around, and when they were close enough, four pairs of eyes were already looking at them. 

"Good afternoon ladies." Y/N greeted with a smile. "President."

"Hi, Y/N." Minji smiled back. "Catching a little bit of sun?" 

Y/N realized how much she liked the way the Korean's eyes shifted in a way so special and unique whenever she smiled. It was almost as if they turned into little half-moons. 

"Yeah, I'm definitely starting to miss the California weather." 

"I'm sure you'll get used to it." 

Y/N chatted for a while with Minji and Danielle, Haerin just listened to the conversation and nodded her head from time to time, while Jennifer and Hanni were laughing about something. 

The group eventually parted ways when Hussey called, saying she needed help to get ready for the night.
