Samantha smiled widely to her self upon seeing Lestat arrive into the orphanage compound in a happy black Challenger, the latest model of car in the present world, creating awareness to everyone working outside the building that a charming prince had arrived. It was almost evening now and Samantha could still see Lestat's beautiful figure sitting elegantly in the car while he spoke to someone over the phone. Veronica was right beside her and they were both excited lestat made it to their place despite his tight work schedule.
The car door opened and Lestat got out of the car in his usual elegant style, buttoning the last cuff of his grey shirt with his free hand while he held his phone to his ear with the other hand, listening intently to what the person on the line was saying. The evening sun rays shone glamorously on his white face as he stood there in front of his car, unconsciously conferring a striking view on him with its golden ribs, making his simple office wear stand out well with the tranquility of the atmosphere.
He beamed lightly when he spotted the girls and disconnected the line quickly after a quick apology to the person on the other end of the phone and walked toward Samantha and Veronica with his head tilted up in the air. He could feel the intent stares of the teenagers and elders working outside on the lawn and the nagging questions in their head. They must be have been burning with inquiry to know who he was and why he chose to visit the girls again after the first time he dropped them off. This wasn't the first time he got those kind of admiration and stares from people and he wasn't in a bit surprised at it _ he was good looking and was currently flaunting an expensive car to their face. Who would dare resist him?
Lestat laughed at his own thought and covered his mouth with his hand to suppress the funny sounds as he covered the remaining distance between him and the girls. The satisfied look on their faces when he got to where they were made him realize they were happy to receive him again. He blithering waved at Veronica who was smiling enthusiastically with an amiable gaze and shook hands with Samantha, his hold a little tight on her soft hand as he absorbed her features.
She was wearing an appealing long sleeved blue V_neck top that only reached her midsection line and a rather tight dark red fleece bum short. The shirt neck line was parted downward dramatically, slightly conveying her creamy cleavages into an exposure and dashing her with a saint's sweet sexiness. Her rotund straight legs and creamy thighs dilated through the short she wore, shimmering her lusciousness over her innocent beauty.
Lestat released her hand and gritted his teeth silently in a fleeting arousal as he lusted over her body in his mind. He'd never imagined Samantha would be this tempting in skimpy clothes and hadn't even thought she could dress in that approach. The first time they met, she had only been wearing a simple summer dress that showed no sensitive skin and nothing had been revealed to tick his interest but now, it seemed all the hormones and pheromones were kicking in and urging him to do something stupid. Lestat thought he might go crazy if he continued to stare at her like that so he diverted his gaze elsewhere quickly, swallowing as hard as he could.
Dear moron, stick your face out of her body or you're a dead ass. Remember her mother murdered your sister and cut short her joyous moments.
Lestat heard his mind tell him in a warning tone and he cleared his throat in response, to avoid being suspicious. He simply could not lose his focus on his prey over a delusional thought of banging her at his place like he did with other chicks at the club house. He had to discipline and make himself understand that she was different from the girls he could walk up to and make advances. She was a prey.
Samantha sensed Lestat's uneasiness and concluded that he was shy or probably an agoraphobic person. He didn't look like someone who associated much with people so it was quite possible he had issues with interacting with people socially. She thought and replaced her thought with a smile. "I'm glad you made it here. We thought you were gonna ditch visiting today, turned out we were wrong."
Lestat's lips formed Into an arc and he scoffed almost immediately. "I already made a promise to you girls. Why do you think I'd revert it at the last minute? " He asked and placed a hand on his hip. "A promise is a promise."
Samantha nodded her head in appraisal, patting him on the shoulder to show her gladness in his words. She was very glad he was that kind of person who kept to promise. He'd affirmed to it without complaint when she told him over the phone the day before that Mrs Williams would like to see him and here he was, all carefree. Although there might be other reasons why Mrs Williams was eager to meet with Lestat but Samantha knew the sole aim was to thank him for helping them out at the market.
"Let's take you to Mrs Williams before she burns out. She's really dying to meet you since I told her you're such an Adonis." Veronica butted in with an urging voice. She didn't like the awkward mood they were in and how the people kept staring at them with weird eyes.
Soon, they were in the rowdy hallway, where the staff and the teenage kids were doing one thing or the other, talking and laughing in loud voices. Their gaze were automatically fixated on Lestat as he walked imposingly with the girls in the vestibule, towards the cooking room while he muttered something they couldn't hear to Samantha and Veronica. Soon, the hallway was filled with whispers as everyone turned to each other with questions in their head, wondering what on earth someone as beautiful as Lestat was doing in such a lowly place and why it had to be with the two best friends. Was he a lost relative who had finally come to take them away?
A relative or not, he was too good to be true and these girls certainly do not deserve to be beside him. They thought in jealousy as they watched on, obviously pained.
Soon, the three of them arrived and stopped at the entrance of the warm kitchen, watching in awe as Mrs Williams absentmindedly scolded a young staff for over grilling the chicken. It was the biggest menu they were going to have for dinner and it was now in ruins because the woman didn't pay close attention to it and had been gossiping outside the room while the chicken was getting overly crispy. Samantha laughed silently at the Mrs Williams' act and moved closer to the her, pulling her into a warm hug to stop her from furthering the insults she was hurling at the pale woman.
Mrs Williams stopped talking when she realized the girls were already in the kitchen. She returned Samantha's hug and patted her on the head. "Darling, you're here."
Samantha nodded and released her hold on the woman. "We went to pick our visitor." She reported and pointed towards Lestat who was standing next to Veronica with a small smile on his face.
Mrs Williams broke out in a toothy grin and held her chest in an exasperated manner, apparently pleased at the sight of Lestat. "Oh my. Look at who we have here." She happily moved to where Lestat was and pulled him into a tight hug. "You're the Lestat guy these girls talked about. I never thought you'd be so handsome and manly."
She released him from her grip and studied his face for a while, enthusiastically appreciating his beauty. "You helped them the other day and gave them a lift home, thank you so much." She added and deepened her grin.
Lestat bowed slightly, his smile still intact. " It was my pleasure, ma'am."
The grin on her face soon returned to a normal smile as she turned her gaze to Veronica and pulled her closer. "You and Samantha, help me scape the chicken's body while I talk to Lestat in the doorway."
Veronica nodded and proceeded into the kitchen to carry out her orders with Samantha while Mrs Williams took Lestat by hand and led him out to the corridor to have a small chat with him.
When it was just the two of them in the enclosed space, Mrs Williams withdrew the smile on her face and replaced it with a deep frown. "What do you think you're doing, you son of the devil?"
Lestat lips curved into a meaningful smile when he heard what the woman said and a mean scoff escaped his lips. The arc was a smile, yet it wasn't. "Drusilla akuji, long time, no see."
