Ethan and Tyler were over at Marks house to film a video when they ordered some pizza not thinking to check anything because they have ordered from the same place dozens of time. When the pizza got there Mark got some out for everyone and handed them each a plate and they walked to the living room to watch the Lion King.
Ethan had only ate two slices of pizza when he started to feel weird and dizzy, he stood up wobbling a bit as he stumbled to the bathroom to look in the mirror. He pulled up his shirt seeing hives starting to spread and his face started to swell, he started to breath heavily calling out to the two boys downstairs in a panicked voice "M-Mark!! T-Tyler!!" He choked out grabbing onto his throat as he couldn't breath very well.
Tyler and Mark heard him scream and bolted to the bathroom seeing him struggling to breath his lips starting to turn blue. Tyler started to panic crying bit as he looked for Ethans epi pen that he normally carry's on him not finding one "Mark what do we do?!" Mark started to panic as well calling 911 as he searches the house for epi pens. He found one in a drawer somewhere and ran back to the bathroom as he was on the phone with a 911 operator, he remembered Ethan showing him how to use the Epi pen before. Ethan stopped breathing and started to hit the floor Tyler quickly catching him in his arms as he sank down to the floor holding Ethan close. "N-no Ethan please don't leave me! I can't lose you too!" He cried as Mark gave Ethan his epi pen and they waited for the ambulance to get there and take Ethan to the hospital.
At the hospital Mark and Tyler sit in the waiting room waiting for the doctor to tell them they can see Ethan. Mark looked at Tyler, his eyes were bloodshot from crying and he had bags under his eyes. "Tyler..do you like Ethan?" Tyler simply nodded before crying more "I-I can't lose him Mark I just can't...why didn't we check the food before hand?.. what happened?.. this is the same thing we always get.." Mark sighed and rubbed Tyler's back "I know bud..we will figure it out I promise.."
