Plot- Ethan has been bullied by Mark for years and one day after Mark pushes him to far Ethan snaps and punches Mark in the face.

Main characters- Mark and Ethan, Jack and Tyler

Ethan walked into school with his earbuds in and looking at the floor with sunglasses. he was already having a bad morning with his dad giving him a black eye last night and kicking him this morning and his mom drinking. He walked to his locker and took out his earbuds putting them away and grabbing his books, he turned and shut the door to his locker when everything was knocked from his hands onto the floor in front of him. He didn't need to look up to see it was Mark and his little gang of assholes "Oops" Mark laughed and looked at his two friends who laughed along with him. Ethan had bent down to pick up his things figuring it was just best if he ignored them. That was until Mark kicked him in the stomach while he was down there. Ethan gasped in pain and sat on his knees clutching his stomach as tears welled up in his eyes. Mark only laughed harder as they watched Ethan be in pain, Ethan shakily stood up and clenched his fist taking off his sunglasses and throwing them down the hallway as he stared at Mark and his friends who were shocked and had went silent when they saw his black eye.

"What the fuck is your problem with me?! What the hell did I ever do to you?! Not only do I have to deal with my alcoholic mother AND abusive father at home but then I have to come to school and get bullied and abused here to?!" The three stared at him in shock as he kept talking "I fucking hate you! All three of you!" Mark smirked and glanced to Ethan "Your such a cry baby you know that?" Ethan froze in shock and without knowing what just happened Ethan had punched Mark in the face. Jack and Tyler looked at Ethan in shock then anger then all he heard next from Mark was "Im going to fucking end you." Ethan ran full sprint out of the school and to the football field. "What the fuck did I do?! Mark is going to kill me!" He stops to think about it "I mean..I guess it's not such a bad thing...he can't kill me if I do it first right?..." Ethan looked around to find a place that he could hide soon spotting the door open to the bathrooms "Perfect." What he didn't realize is Mark had saw where he went. Ethan walked into the bathroom and took a pill bottle out of his pocket and quickly made sure no one was in there before taking the cap off and downing the entire bottle of pills. Ethan held onto that empty pill bottle like his life depended on it he backed up a bit away from the sinks and against the wall as he sat down his vision became blurry and the door opened but he couldn't see who it was and he didn't care who it was. His pain was finally over and that's all that mattered, he actually smiled for the first time in awhile knowing it was all over. He felt a hand on his face and he heard his name being called but then he was gone (or so he thought)

Marks POV- (This is after Ethan punches him)

Mark was holding his nose as it was bleeding and probably broken "God that little fucker can punch hard" the other two had went to go find Ethan so Mark did too. Mark saw which direction he ran and followed him and it lead him to the football field. He stood a few feet away watching Ethan as he looked to be talking to himself about something and looking around in a panic. "What the hell is he doing?" Mark watched him walk into the bathroom and assumed he was going to hide. Mark made his way towards the bathroom just taking his time as he wanted Ethan to be scared. Or did he? Mark finally got to the bathroom and walked in and saw Ethan sitting on the floor with his back against the wall with an empty pill bottle in his hands and he looked almost lifeless and his lips were turning blue. Mark didn't hesitate as he ran to him and put a hand on his face "Ethan?! Ethan wake up!" He panicked as Ethan smiled a bit and then went limp. Mark had seen this before with his own family and he wasn't about to lose Ethan, Mark quickly laid him on the floor and called 911 and when they answered and he told them what was going on they told him he had to make Ethan throw up the pills. "How many did he take sir?" Mark took the bottle from his hands "It's an entire bottle so maybe like 30" Mark picked up Ethan and brought him into a stall and made him throw up the pills. The paramedics came in and took Ethan to hospital and Mark rode with them telling them that Ethan was his boyfriend. After a few hours in the waiting room they called Mark back "He is in restraints for now so he can not do harm to himself or others, he is alive thanks to you" Mark wanted to cry as he heard this. All this happened because of him, if he wouldn't have been such a dick Ethan wouldn't be in this position. Mark walked into the room and shut the door, Ethan had on soft restraints which are handcuffs but are just made of material that can't hurt you if you tug on them to hard. Mark sat in the chair next to his bed and looked over him until he saw his eyes open "Oh my god! Ethan?!" He saw him start to cry and was confused until he heard him say "Why didn't you let me die?! Why did you save me!?" Ethan was trying to get the restraints off and was having a panic attack so Mark did the only thing he could think of and grabbed Ethan's hands and Ethan blushed and relaxed a bit looking at Mark.

"What are you doing Mark?" Mark blushed and a bit and quickly let go "Sorry I was just trying to calm you down.." he rubs his arm awkwardly then he heard Ethan ask again "Why did you save me Mark?..." Mark seemed to hesitate before answering "Because I...I like you Ethan..hell I think I even may love you...I just showed it a different way and the wrong way because that's the way I grew up...I'm really sorry for everything I've done to you Ethan..." Ethan blushed and took Marks hand "You love me?..." Mark looked into Ethan's eyes and smiled nodding "I love you too Mark"
