Ch.22

Forth looked at Phana who was busy in his iPad while frowning. Phana looked serious this means it would be something serious.

" Damn it " Phana tossed his iPad on the couch frustratedly.

Forth just starred at him and didn't say anything.

" Remember you told me about that scandal when I was away? I find out something strange about it." Phana said.

" Just look at this picture" Phana handed him an envelope.

" The fuck " Forth exclaimed after seeing the photo.

It was a photo of him with Beam.

" Don't tired your tiny brain. This is not you in the picture. It is Beam's lover" Phana explained.

" Or should I say his dead lover?" Phana sighed.

" My team was trying to find the clue for your recent scandal. I told them to look at your previous scandals . Specially the one when I was abroad. And they find this. I was shocked like you at first but after I find out that this person here looks exactly like you." Phana further continued.

" But why didn't you recognise Beam that he was the person who was involved in that scandal?"

" I didn't pay attention to that photo because photos can be easily edited. So, you are saying that Beam is involved with these bastards " Forth's face harden.

" I don't know anymore what to say because this case was closed down so suddenly and with this all the evidence disappeared like nothing happened " phana tiredly said.

" It seems like someone powerful is behind this close down. " Phana expressed his thoughts.

" Do a background check on Beam " Forth said with a unreadable face.

" We will get it by tomorrow " Phana closed his laptop.

Forth was still looking at the photo. In that photo Beam was saying something with a happy face and his lover was starring at him with a tender expression.

It was weird to see someone exactly looks like him .

Forth slid the photo in his coat's pocket and exit Phana's office room with him .

" Oh God! Please let him go. He is just a child" Beam wanted to break free from the guard who was grabbing his arm harshly.

Akira was crying. A guard was holding Akira in his place.

" You are teaching your child to become a thief and you want us to stay silent?" A co-worker of Beam spat.

Beam was washing dishes in the hotel. There were many leftovers on the plates those were piled up for wash. Beam couldn't understand why this rich people ordered so much food if they can't eat it.

Akira was playing near Beam. Beam wanted to finish his washing early because he wanted to fed Akira. It was his pay day. Last night they didn't have anything to eat , so, they just slept with an empty stomach.

Beam was so busy in his work that he didn't notice when Akira ate a piece of cake from the leftover on the plate which was supposed to be thrown in the dustbin.

A chef came into there and accused Akira of stealing.

Guards dragged Akira and Beam out of the kitchen.

" He didn't stole it . It was leftover." Beam was still trying to get out from the hold.

" You bitch. You even dare to lie" Another co-worker of Beam shouted at him .

" On your knees" The manager ordered sternly.

" Do you even know how much that dish cost ?" Another chef spat .

' Oh God why always it is him ' Phana thought in his mind tiredly. He stepped into the scene with Forth and Ming.

They came to the restaurant to have lunch but there was something different going here.

" How long have you been doing this ?" Another guard grabbed Beam's hair painfully. Beam gasped at the pain .

He felt really humiliated.

" I'm asking you something" The guard slapped Beam's head harshly.

" Mama... no hurt" Akira cried out seeing Beam being harrass.

All the eyes were now fixed at Akira .

Seeing Akira's state Forth became so angry and glared at guard who was holding Akira's arm. But then his eyes widened with shock that Akira called Beam 'Mama' .

Forth just froze there.

" Let the child go away" Ming glared at guard with a murderous aura.

' fuck ...fuck...fuck ' Phana cursed at his mind at the situation.

After the guard let Akira go , he directly run to Forth.

" Daddy... Bad guys.. hurting mama" Akira complained to Forth while trying to get into Forth's arm but Forth didn't make any movement to take him up in his arms.

Akira was crying while complaining Forth.

All the people present there became shocked including Beam when Akira called Forth as his daddy.

' Akira was talking about him ? ' Beam's tears rolled down seeing a desperate Akira wanting to get into Forth's arm. It was really a heartbreaking scene to see.

Seeing Forth's froze state, Phana sighed and took up Akira in his arms. But Akira was still trying to get into Forth's arm while crying.

" What the hell happened?" Ming glared at his staff.

The chef who caught Akira explained while accusing that Akira and Beam always steal food from kitchen.

" Let's check the footage in the kitchen" Forth said with an straight face .

The accuser gulped but didn't protest.

" Do I have to tell you separately?" Ming glared at the guard who was holding Beam. He immediately let Beam go.

Beam ran near Phana and took the crying Akira from Phana's arm.

" Give the child some baby food " Ming ordered.

" Yes sir " with that the other chefs ran away from their to get some baby food for Akira.

" No , sir . It's okay. " Beam said Ming while wiping his tears.

" Just sit here" Ming even pulled out a chair for Beam to sit.

After that Ming followed Forth and Phana to see the footage.

Forth was having a hard time believing that Akira was Beam's son. How can Forth not notice it ? Their eyes hold the same innocence. ' shit' Forth cursed.

When they were watching the footage all the people who were watching it became sad. Everyone could see it , how hungry Akira was. Akira ate from the leftovers which was supposed to be thrown out.

After watching the video they came out to the restaurant where Beam was still trying to console a crying Akira. Kit was consoling Akira too . Kit ran to the scene when he heard about the incident .
