Ch.40

" Are you okay?" The guard gave Kit some water who was visibly shaking.

" Yes Phi " Kit replied in a low tone while accepting the bottle with shaking hands.

The guard looked at Kit concernly.

" Do you have anyone who can come and get you from here?" The guard again asked.

" I'm fine Phi " Kit replied while holding his own hands tightly to stop shaking. But it was no use.

" Nong ..." the guard started to say something but stopped when he notice Ming coming towards them.

" How can I help you your highness?" The guard politely bow down infront of Ming.

" Him " Ming pointed at Kit behind the guard.

The guard looked at Ming confusedly.
Then the guard looked at Kit.

" Ohh! Some people tried to kidnapped him my lord but we helped him . They left him when we approach." The guard replied thinking that Ming was asking about Kit's condition.

Ming felt his blood is  boiling. He just wanted to warn the guard thinking that the guard was bothering Kit. Because Kit looked really bothered.

Kit was going to his home after the end of his shift but some people harrassed him sexually and tried to take him with them. But before they took Kit with them the guards who were scattered near the hotel entrance for safety purpose noticed them and helped him .

And Ming, he came to the hotel straightly from Phana's home after Forth took Beam with him . Ming knew Kit always go home with Beam. He realised it from somedays like how Kit attached with Beam. He really felt jealous.

He just didn't want to leave Kit alone seeing Beam wouldn't be there with him at night.

" Thank you for helping him. " Ming sincerely thanked the guard while thinking that he should reward the guards for helping Kit.

Then Ming walked near Kit.

Kit took a few steps back when Ming came near him. Ming sighed seeing Kit's action.

" P'Forth took Beam with him. I know you lived with him, so, I come here to take you with me incase you don't want to be alone in your home. I will take you to see Beam tomorrow morning. " Ming gently explained Kit after seeing Kit's condition, who was shivering.

" You don't have to worry. Beam is in good hands" Ming added.

" I .. I will.. just go home" Kit replied while looking at the ground.

Ming sighed again. He was trying to be gentle as much as he can.

Kit bow down infront of Ming and tried to walk away from there towards the hotel's entrance.

Ming just silently followed him .

" Get in the car " Ming said Kit but Kit didn't respond. Kit was still walking.

Ming gently held Kit's wrist to stop him . Kit stopped but didn't even looking at Ming.

Ming unwrapped the muffler from his neck and gently wrapped Kit's neck with it. Kit was startled at first but still didn't  say anything.

After Ming done, Kit again started to walk.

Ming sighed and again started to follow Kit.

Kit reached the abandoned looking building he called home. Kit thought Ming wouldn't follow him further but he was proved wrong.

Ming followed Kit even infront of his room. Kit thought Ming would disgust with the surrounding and soon left from there but he was again proved wrong.

Kit unlocked the door of Beam's room. It was practically become their room. But kit still cleaned his own room regularly.

" Will you not call the this guard inside your home even after guarding you all the way?" Ming teasingly said but for Kit it felt like a threat. Because someone like Ming who was cold and serious all the time can't tease someone according to Kit.

"It's Beam's room " Kit replied while nervously biting his lips.

" Where is yours then ?" Ming questioned.

" This one " Kit opened his own room after locking Beam's room.

" Sir, I... I don't think you will be comfortable inside. You will..will be disgusted" Kit said nervously while looking at the ground.

" It's okay" Ming gently assured him . Actually Ming wanted to be inside Kit's room before he took Kit with him . He would take Kit forcefully from here even if he didn't want to do it that way. But Ming realised that Kit could be really stubborn sometimes. Ming just wanted Kit's safety.

Kit went inside his room. Ming followed him inside. Kit was really uncomfortable because he didn't even have a chair to sit for Ming and his sleeping mattress, where he usually sit , was in Beam's room.

" Ahh, please wait" with that Kit practically run out from his room to Beam's room to get his mattress.

Kit came inside the room with his mattress. Kit also took his pillow and blanket unconsciously because he was too nervous to have Ming in his room.

Kit thought Ming will be disgusted but Ming didn't show any reaction. He was just waiting for Kit in his room while observing the corner which he decorated with broken objects or waste materials. Kit really like to decorate things but he didn't have money for it. So, he started to make things with waste materials. Ming seemed really interested in those decoration kit made.

Kit's room didn't have much things. Ming even wanted to know , how could someone live with only these things. But Kit's room was really clean. And his room really smelt like Kit, sweet.

Without noticing Kit made his mattress for sleep because of his nervousness.

" Woww. Are you telling me to sit there or sleep? I won't mind sleeping here though." Ming said teasingly but again Kit didn't take it as teasing.

Then only Kit noticed what he did. Kit was red from head to toe. Kit's pink adorable cheeks were a major weakness for Ming. Seeing Kit blushed profusely Ming felt his heart starts to beat with a rhythm. A rhythm of love.

"Ahh..." No words came into Kit's mind. He just stood there dumbfoundly .
