Beam reached their room in the morning . When they reached their room Kit was not there. Beam changed their clothes hurriedly. Akira's body was warn than usual. Beam became panick. He took out all the money he had from the hiding place.

He had to buy food and medicine for Akira. Within the week the debt collectors would also come to get their money. He even had to hired a lawyer if he wanted to win the case.

The money was not enough. It was not even 10% of the amount he needed. He couldn't even take loan .

Beam took some money from there to buy food and medicine for Akira.

Beam looked at his bed . It looked like no one sleeps in there last night. Maybe Kit spent his night at his own room.

Beam feed Akira food and medicine in his way to work . Akira's fever was getting high with the passing hours.

Beam was cleaning the plates with Akira in his back .

" Cold .." Akira complained with his close eyes.

" Mama will be done soon baby " Beam sadly said while cleaning the dishes.

Beam was really feeling light headed. Suddenly Beam became dizzy. He hold the counter and slid down on the floor.

" Hey are you okay?" A co-worker run towards Beam.

" Yeah " Beam managed to say.

" No you are obviously not . You are burning up with fever" the co worker touched Beam's forehead.

" Wait here. Let me inform boss " the co worker said.

" Please... don't. I... I really need this job " Beam pleaded.

The co worker looked at Beam weirdly because all the workers in the floor knew that how much Ming adored Akira.

" Call Kit if you can " Beam said.

" Okay" with that the co worker went out to call Kit.

Some time later Kit hurriedly came inside the room.

" Hey Beam, what happened?" Kit concernedly asked while touching Beam's head.

" You are burning up. " Kit gasped.

" Akira " Beam gave Akira to Kit.

" Akira is also warm " kit was shocked.

" I was just one night away. What happened to both of you.. oh God ..." Kit was restless.

Beam figured out that Kit was not in the room last night. Beam decided to shut his mouth about what happened yesterday.

" Let's go to hospital" Kit said.

" No , just give me a pill . I will be okay" Beam protested.

Beam didn't want even a single minutes to waste .

" Okay wait " Kit said went out of the room to get free medicine for the staff in the hotel.

"Take this" Kit gave Beam pill after returning.

Their cleaning manager came there.

" Take the day off for today" the manager said.

" No Sir, I... " Beam tried to say.

" It's my order" the manager said and went out from the room.

Kit went with Beam and Akira to the entrance.

" We will be fine. Just do your work. Okay kitty" Beam tried to joke.

Kit nodded his head. Kit knew something was bothering Beam but if Beam didn't want to tell him then its okay. Beam always respected his privacy,  So, would he .

Kit watched as Beam disappears from his site. He tried to walk as slowly as he can . His body was killing him . Yesterday, his step brother forcefully took him to their old house.

His brother accused that because of Kit someone beat him and his friends. And now the gang accused Kit's step brother for their loss. So, he wanted Kit teach a lesson and gave him a reminder.

His brother cruelly beat him with his leather belt  . His bottom of the feet was killing him. He couldn't take a step without feeling the pain .

Suddenly Kit was lifted off from the ground. Kit yelped out.

" Always so clumsy" Ming said while adjusting Kit in his arms.

" Hold tightly" Ming said.

Ming took Kit inside his own personal room he used as a office in the hotel.

Ming let kit sit on his chair while inspecting his feet. Ming's face hardened when he removed Kit's shoes.

Ming knew something was wrong with Kit as soon as his eyes landed on him. Kit was awkwardly walking with a pained face.

" Who did this?" Ming sternly asked.

" I.. I just.." Kit started to say but Ming stopped him in midway " Don't even try to lie" Ming glared at him .

Kit shut his mouth.

'Why does he even care ' Kit thought.

" I think I really should shifted my main office to this hotel. " Ming said with an unreadable expression.

Kit just played with his fingers .

Ming got up to get the medicine box.

The more he checked Kit's feet more his blood boiled. Kit's feet were bleeding. His bottom skin of the feet was torn . There were long evidence of torture on his feet.

Ming gently wrapped Kit's feet with medicine and bandage. Ming also gave him a painkiller. No one spoke anything.

Ming wanted to kill whoever touched Kit.
Ming again took kit in his arms and went to his room he used at the hotel. He gently tugged Kit under the blanket.

Ming knew there were more wound on Kit's body but he didn't want confronted kit because Kit really looks scared.

"Call me , if you need anything" Ming said and went out from the room.

Kit hide his face under the blanket after Ming went out from the room. His tears silently fell from his eyes. No one except Beam took care of him like this. But Ming's care was different from Beam's motherly one. Ming was making him confused. Ming always felt him warm . Everytime Ming came near him , despite his fear of him he felt butterflies in his stomach.

Kit didn't want to get any false hope from Ming if Ming was just doing it for his revenge. Kit didn't know how far he could take it if Ming decided to break him again. Kit already knew about Ming's power.

Kit sometimes thought, what if he met Ming in different circumstance ?

Kit closed his eyes to wake up in a different world where he don't have to suffer like this.
