Matt's POV
I'm so excited. Tito Joji told me that I will be part of the 24SG tour. He knows I have a long time crush on Sarah Geronimo.

Tito Jojie: So, Matt! Ayos ha? I already closed the deal with Boss Vic it's a go. It will be on May this year. I know how much you love singing and performing and how much you love her! (Smiles teasingly at him)
Matt: Thank you ha (smiles) It will be a dream come true. Halos 2 weeks din yun. I will get to know her much better.
Tito Jojie (laughs): Who knows what will happen? You are both single, right? I'm going with you. I am also excited just like you. Pero medyo careful tayo kasama kasi si Mommy Divine. I guess you have to win her heart first.

As the days passed and the tour nears, Matt was more anxious. He arrived at the 8th note studio for the rehearsals. He greeted everyone including Daddy Delfin who was with Sarah that time and joined everyone as they listen to her practicing her songs. She's amazing! He was to engrossed watching her when he didn't notice that Sir Louie Ocampo is calling him.
Sir Louie: Hey Matt! Are you with us?
Matt: Huh? Oh sorry. Didn't hear you po.
Sir Louie (laughs): Ayan kasi saan ka ba nakatingin? Sit down next to Sarah.
Matt (blushed and slowly sat down beside her and she flashed him a smile): Ahmmm...Hi Sarah!
Sarah: Hi Matt! Buti naman available ang schedule mo for the tour. Ang tagal natin hindi nagkita. Sarah G. Live pa yata.
Matt (smiles): Oo nga. I'm glad to be part of your tour.
Sir Louie: Before we start guys with your duet, Sarah can you sing part of the Beyoncé song?
Sarah: Ok po. (She started to sing with Sir Louie's piano and Matt couldn't help but applaud a little loudly after the song)
Sir Louie (laughs): Fan na fan ka yata Matt ha? (Matt shyly scratched his head). Ok now it's time for duet. You already performed this at Sarah G. Live so it will be a breeze.
They started rehearsing several times and it gets better everytime.
Sarah: Ang ganda ng boses mo Matt. Bakit hindi ka pa nagkaalbum?
Matt: Thanks. I don't know baka in the future.
Sir Louie: I can help you Matt. Maybe we can cook something up. After the tour siguro. May isang song ka pa. Sarah, you may go ahead.
Sarah: Sige po Sir Louie. O Matt kita na lang tayo ha? Baka sa airport na (smiles and made beso)
Matt (God she smells so good): See you. (Smiles.... I will definitely see you more often in the future)

At the airport, everyone getting ready to check in. They went into PAL's mabuhay lounge after and had a friendly chat.
Mommy Divine: Matteo, mabuti naman nakasama ka sa grupo. Huwag ka manibago o ma out of place medyo marami na kasing napagsamahan ang grupong ito. Si Jon sanay na sanay na sa amin.
Matt: Don't worry po Tita. I'll be ok I guess.
Jon Santos: Naku Matt. Handa mo na ang mga binti mo for shopping. I'm sure may time tayo para dun. Di ba Sars?
Sarah (smiles): Oo naman po. Kasama na sa itinerary.
Tito Jojie: Marami pa yata tayong pupuntahan na mga sponsors.
Mommy Divine: Ay Oo. Marami pa. Anak, di ba si KC yun? (Pointed to KC at the corner)
Sarah: Ay oo nga. Kace! (Calls to her and approached her to hug and made beso)

Matt watched them talking to each other and Sarah laughed. He really love watching her laugh or smile. It seems to light up the whole room.... Or light up his world.
Tito Jojie (whispers to him): Matt, Huwag masyadong obvious. (Matteo blushed)
KC: Hi everyone! Hello po Tita! (As she approached and kissed Mommy Divine on the cheek) Matteo! Surprised to see you here. Ikaw ang guest ni Sarah? Oh...
Matt: Hi Kace! (Made beso and whispered to her) Don't make a comment (she knows about his huge crush on Sarah)
KC (smiled): Sars, ang gwapo naman ng guest mo,
Sarah: Gwapo? Si Matt? (Giggles) Talaga?
Matt: Wow ang sakit naman!
Sarah: Biro lang Matt! Pwede na (burst into laughter and KC joined in)
Matt (scratches his head blushing but Sarah's laughter is music to his ears): Ok na yun.
Mommy Divine: Kayong dalawa hayaan nyo na si Matt. Oy magboboarding na.
...................
First stop of the tour is San Francisco. Everyone is busy at the night of the concert and Matteo has been fidgety and extremely nervous.
Tito Jojie: Matt, let's go just outside Sarah's dressing room. Mommy Divine is gathering everyone for the prayer. They usually do that before the show.
Matt: Tito, I don't think I can breathe. I'm nervous. Hindi ko alam when was the last time I felt like this.
Tito Jojie: You will do well, ok? Enough worrying. Let's just pray.
They went to Sarah's dressing room and saw the whole team getting ready. Matt saw her fully made up and she looks in every sense a diva. She shyly smiled at him and they all formed a circle and Matt ended beside her. Everyone held hands and just as Matt held her hand, he felt warmth in his heart. Sarah gave a gentle squeeze and smiled at him. Mommy Divine said a prayer for the whole team and the show. The concert went well and just a little awkwardness in their duet but they were able to pull it through.
Matt: Sars, sorry ha? Medyo I got nervous kanina.
Sarah: Sus, ok lang. Kahit ako din I get nervous too. May stage fright kaya ako.
Matt: Ikaw? really?
Sarah (laughs): Tao pa rin naman ako.
Matt smiled and thought... No you're not.... You're an angel.
The next show in Phoenix, Arizona turned out to be better rapport between them and they are more comfortable with each other. After the second show, they had a short break before the next show in San Diego and last would be Los Angeles.
Gelai: Yay! We have time to make gala after the meet up with sponsors. Punta tayo ng coffee shop Sars
Sarah: Tanong ko kay Mommy ate.
Bhe: Yayain natin si Matt. Parating nakatingin kay Sarah yun. I bet he likes you (teases her)
Sarah: Hay Naku! Ayan na naman kayo.
Gelai: Aminin mo... Nahuhuli mo rin. At mukhang boto si Tita magaling kasi makisama at magalang.
Bhe: Di ba crush ka niya Be? Way before pa? Parang naalala ko may interview yan dati e.
Sarah: Kayo talaga. Pano naman magkacrush sa akin yan e ang gaganda ang mga babaeng nalink sa kanya. Sino ba naman ako?
Gelai: Sus! Insecurities mo naman Be? Hey Matt! (Calls to him and he approached them) Sa tingin mo, maganda si Sars?
Sarah: Ate!!! (Says blushing)
Matt (caught by surprise but answered quickly): Yeah! She's beautiful. (Looked at Sarah intensely)
Be and Gelai: Ayiee! Kilig! (Giggles and Sarah blushed even more)
Gelai: Sama ka sa amin? Coffee tayo or tea? Ang dami kasi nating nakain.
Matt: Sure! Saan tayo? Sama ka ba Sarah?
Be: Sasama yan.... wait paalam ko kay Mommy Divine.
The four of them went to a small cafe near their hotel as rest of the group went into their respective rooms to rest. Sarah was quiet most of the time listening to their conversation.
Gelai: Matt, Ilan kayo magkakapatid?
Matt: Tatlo lang kami. Ako ang eldest then Giorgia and the youngest is Paolo mga 10years old.
Be: Natagalan bago nasundan si Giorgia? Ang ganda at gwapo din siguro no? Ang gwapo mo kasi (laughs)
Matt (laughs): Hindi naman! Sakto lang (smiles) Ang quiet mo naman Sarah. Are you ok?
Sarah: Ok lang ako. Nakikinig lang ako sa inyo.
Gelai: Naku ganyan talaga yan. Needs warm up. Pag magaan na loob niya sa yo super makulit.
Sarah: Ate naman! Binubuko mo ako.
Matt: Nagkatrabaho naman kami dati sa Catch me I'm in love. Masaya naman tayo sa set Di ba?
Be: Ay Oo. Yong movie ninyo with you know who?
Sarah: Ako na naman nakita ninyo. Magkasama na kami dati ni Matteo sa movie. Ok naman tayo di ba? (Matt just nodded and smiled)
Everyone was silent the for a second.
Gelai: Ay excuse me. Comfort room muna ako, you know time of the month. Be, samahan mo ako (giving Be a sign to leave the two alone)
Be: A ok. Excuse us.
Sarah just watch them and a little bit uneasy when both of them were alone.
Matt (smiles): I really don't get it why you women usually go to restrooms in pairs or groups.
Sarah (laughs): Ganyan talaga mga babae. May chika chika kasi sa loob.
Matt (looks at her and smiled): You know what, you should smile or laugh often. It suits you. Kayo.... Ilan kayo magkakapatid?
Sarah: Apat. Tatlong babae and youngest is lalaki. Riot usually sa bahay pagkumpleto kami.
Matt: Ang saya no? Pag bonding ng magkakapatid. Ako kasi kuya talaga role ko. Kami ni Giorgia parating nag aaway when we were young.... Pero nga yon hindi na.
Sarah: Ganun naman talaga pag magkakapatid na magkasunod.
Matt: Alam mo, when I look at you now. I could not believe na you are the Sarah Geronimo on stage.
Sarah (laughs): Bakit naman? Dahil wala ng nose line?
Matt (laughs and shook his head): No! Hindi. You're even more beautiful without make up. Ang simple mo kasi. It's like you don't even realize that you are a superstar.
Sarah: Tao pa rin naman ako. I usually detach myself from my showbiz life. My parents taught me to stay simple and never forget who I really am. I'm a performer. So different talaga ako when I am onstage.
Matt: And I find that admirable. Ang galing ng parents mo.
Sarah (laughs): Mukhang ikaw pa lang nakapagsabi niyan. A lot of my critics palaging tinitira ang parents ko sa pagiging super strict. Ako minsan may mga tanong din but in the end tama din sila Mommy. Most of the time tama sila. Lalo na with matters of the heart.
Matt looked into her eyes and saw the hurt.
Matt: I'm sorry. Mukhang I hit a spot.
Sarah: Don't be. Ok lang ano ba? Maybe hindi ko pa talaga nakita ang lalaking magmamahal sa akin ng totoo.
Matt: Or maybe you have but hindi lang siya makatiempo (he said softly)
Sarah: Ano sabi mo?
Matt: Ahmm. Wala wala. Sabi ko ang tagal nila Gelai.
Gelai: Hi guys! Mukhang seryosong usapan a (smiles and Be kept giggling beside her--- matagal na pala nilang pinapanood silang dalawa). Let's go na? Baka hinahanap na ito ng Mommy niya.
The remaining days of the tour Sarah became comfortable with Matt and even jokes with him. Matt remained respectful and well mannered that the group really liked him. At the last stop of the tour in Los Angeles, Tito Jojie talked to Matt.
Tito Jojie: Matt, I hate to break this to you but right after the LA show we need to get home. I shine taping daw.
Matt: What?! Can I cancel? Baka pwede two days more pa.
Tito Jojie: Sinubukan ko hindi na raw pwede e. I already have the tickets for tonight after the show. So magpaalam ka na kay Sarah kung gusto mo. (Smiles)
He does not have any choice but to go home and he felt sad. He looked for Sarah and saw her sitting at the corner of the venue with ear phones and singing with closed eyes. God her voice is beautiful and she is beautiful! She opened her eyes and surprised to see Matt.
Sarah: Gulat naman ako sa yo Matt (laughs) O may problema ba? (She asks whe she notice the sadness in his eyes)
Matt: I have to go home after the concert tonight. Ayaw ko pa sana pero kailangan na raw for I shine.
Sarah: Ay talaga? Well kailangan mo nga umuwi.
Matt: Mmmm.. Sarah.... Can I ask you something?
Sarah: Ano yun? Mukhang seryoso a.
Matt: I know that someone hurt you in the past and I don't want to enter too soon. But I just want to let you know that I want to know you more.
Sarah: Matt.... I don't think...
Matt: All I ask is a chance. We can be friends and I will not rush you, promise! Just let me take care of you
Sarah looked at him and was surprised herself when she said.... Ok.
Matt: Thank you. (Smiles) He held her hand and kissed it.
OMG... What did I just did? Sarah thought.

Mommy Divine: O Anak. Magbihis ka na? Mukhang wala ka sa sarili.
Sarah: Sige po My. Ahmm My, can I ask you something?
Mommy Divine: Ano yun?
Sarah: Si Matteo kasi nag tanong sa akin and in a way pumayag ako magpaligaw. Ok lang ba?
Her Mom was silent for a while.
Mommy Divine: hmmm.... Nasa sa yo pa rin anak ang decision. Mukhang mabait naman si Matt at magalang. Hindi mo pa naman sinagot. Kilalanin mo muna at handa ka lang sa intriga. Di ba si Maja at Gerald? Tapos ex girlfriend ni Matteo si Maja. Magulo ang showbiz at alam na alam mo yan. Pero may tiwala naman kami ng Daddy mo sa yo.
Sarah: Sige po. Pag-iisipan kong mabuti.
The show went well and Sarah and Matteo performed really well together. Matt was supposed to go after his performance but chose to stay a little more and said his final goodbye to Sarah after the show.
Sarah: I thought you went na.
Matt: I just have to say this.... I will miss you. See you in Manila, my princess. (He took her hand and kissed it)
