A Birthday Surprise 😘🎂😍

Sarah: Hi Lovey! We are on our way home. We just finished taping for ASAP next week. (Told him on the phone)
Matt: Ok Love. You must be really tired. Once you get home no need to call me. Just text....I'm sleeping in a while. Pagod na rin kasi.
Sarah: Ok. Ahm....Love?
Matt: Yes?
Sarah: May problema pa pala ako. They just told us na we have to taped for the The Voice Teens blind auditions sooner than expected.
Matt: And?
Sarah (bit her lower lip): Medyo tight ang schedule ko this week....taping for blinds and shooting for the movie.....and I am not sure if I can go to Cebu over the weekend.
A long silence.....(mga 10 seconds) Matt let out a sigh...
Matt: I understand.....(it has all been planned....we are going boating on Sunday....ang hindi namin nagawa after my concert)
Sarah: Lovey....I'm really sorry. Hindi ko kasi naisip na it will be aired soon so kailangan matapos namin agad ang blind auditions.
Matt: It's ok.....(gusto ko magwala!!! Why the circumstances conspire against us..... I asked fervently God for my birthday to go according to plan)
Sarah: Love....(nalungkot din siya and alam niya na magdadamdam ito hindi man sa kanya pero sa sitwasyon) Hey...I'm sorry.
Matt (sighs): Lovey, don't worry about it. I completely understand. Trabaho yan e....at you need to be there. Nakakahiya din sa kanila Ate Sharon, Lea and Bamboo. Just do you work and we can celebrate my birthday once I get back from Cebu. Balik naman ako agad ng Monday or Tuesday e. Ok? I love you! Magpahinga ka na pagdating mo ng bahay.
Sarah: Ok Lovey. Basta tandaan mo lagi I love you...I love you....I love you. (Smiles)
Matt: I love you my Sarah. Good night!

MD: Nak, alis ka na?
Sarah: Opo My. Halos whole day po ang taping for first blinds.
MD: Nakausap mo na si Anna?
Sarah: Opo. Pumayag na po siya samahan ako papuntang Cebu. Salamat po sa inyo ni Daddy sa pagpayag.
MD: Alam ko naman na importante yan para sa yo at kay Matteo. Ikaw lang ang inaalala ko baka mapagod ka. Alam na ni Matteo?
Sarah: Hindi ko po sasabihin (smiles) sorpresa ko na lang sa kanya.
MD: Sus! Sige at nakausap ko na si Glenna. Dun daw kayo sa bahay nila pero may tiwala naman ako basta kasama si Anna. Mag dala ka ng prutas galing sa farm. Regalo na rin namin kay Matteo at sa pamilya niya.
Sarah (hugs her Mom): Thank you po My. Sa tiwala (kisses her cheek)
MD: Basta anak....huwag muna ha? Huwag ninyo kaming biglain.
Sarah: Naku naku si Mommy (giggles) Hindi pa po....alam po namin ni Matt yun.

Matt went to Cebu on March 24 for a fun run early the next day. They stayed in the Fernan mansion together with the whole family and some of his cousins.
MG: Son, dinner is ready. You have to eat and sleep early for the fun run tomorrow.
Matt: Coming Ma. (Went to the dining room and found everyone else already seated)
Donniko: Bai, unsa ka man? Sad kaayo.
Giorgia: Kuya, such a long face. Cheer up! One day more to go then it's your birthday.
Matt: I'm ok. I just feel bad Sarah will not be joining us this weekend. Can I just go back to Manila after the run Ma?
DG: Hey! Gianmatteo....we will spend the weekend as planned. Sarah understands that you had to be with your family on your special day. Besides the boat is ready for Sunday.
MG: Son, I'm sure you can still have a post birthday celebration with her. She already called me to say sorry she can't make it this weekend.
He didn't know that all of them know that she will come to Cebu early flight the next day to surprise him (except for Paolo because he usually squeals). After dinner he went up to his room opposite a guest room and texted Sarah if she can video call. A few minutes after she called him.
Sarah: Hello Love! Kumain ka na?
Matt:Yeah. Kakatapos lang. You?
Sarah: Nag sandwich na ko. Break time for a few minutes then last sequence. Ang gagaling ng mga teens. Natuwa kaming lahat na coaches.
Matt: Good to hear that. Bakit sandwich lang kinain mo? You should eat right. Di ba sabi ko pumapayat ka na lalo. Kung nandiyan sana ako pinadalhan na kita ng pagkain.
Sarah (smiles): Busog pa po kasi ako. Huwag ka na mag alala ok? Ako pa?! E kumakain talaga ako ng kanin (giggles)
Matt (smiles....he knows medyo matakaw din nga ito pero hindi tumataba):  I miss you...so much! How I wish I could hug you right now. Halos 1 week na rin tayo hindi nagkita.
Sarah (sighs): I miss you too Lovey. Medyo mahirap talaga if we are both busy. Don't worry babawi ako (smiles)
Matt (smiles): Talaga? Since birthday ko naman.....can you make bawi with anything I want?
Sarah: Hmmmmm,....depende....if kaya kung gawin or ibigay.
Matt: Don't worry....kayang kaya mo. It only takes 1 minute. (Smiles)
Sarah: Ano yun?
Matt: I'll tell you when we see each other.
