As Bernard was talking to dad in the stables, I walked over. "Hey dad and darling!" I greeted.
"Hello Y/N." Dad smiled.
"Hey Snowflake." Bernard grinned.
I frowned. "Your leaving already?"
Dad nodded.
"I forgot-"
Bernard put a finger to my lips and passed dad the present from his satchel. "Y/N made Lucy and Charlie these."
I shook my head. "I did the writing and rapping but I didn't make the decorations, Bernard or whoever made them."
Dad smiled and took them. "It's the thought that counts."
I smiled.
Dad looked at the rapped up presents for a bit. "You forgot to say who it's by."
I facepalmed. "I don't have a pen on me."
Bernard grinned and reached into his satchel. "Yes you do." He gave a pen to me.
"H-how much stuff do you have in there?"
He chuckled. "You'd be surprised."
I wrote on the presents. 'From Your Amazing Sister.' For Charlie and 'From Amazing Y/N." For Lucy, I passed the presents to dad.
"I better go now." Dad said.
"Bye Santa." Bernard said.
I hugged dad. "Bye dad, come home safe with a wife!" I exclaimed.
Dad chuckled. "I will."
"Good." I sounded like a 4 year old.
I pushed out the hug and let dad leave, as dad left I put my arms around Bernard is a hugging way and saw dad leave.
"I miss him already." I said.
Bernard softened his smile. "Snowflake, he'll be back before you know it."
I frowned. "What if he doesn't come home with a wife."
Bernard looked at me. "He will, he's Santa!"
"If you say so..." I said. "Now." I looked Bernard in the eye.
"Now?"
I quickly kissed him.
Bernard chuckled. "Now..." Now he was the one kissing me!
