~Our Sacred Place~ 

We swam on our Ilu to 'Spirit Tree', Ao'nung decided he'd stay back on shore, he didn't usually go when me and Tsireya did so I wasn't surprised. rising above the water once we arrived, I swam behind the group Neteyam next to me, we came from under the floating rock opening, looking around at the beautiful scenery surrounding us. "this is the cove of the ancestors" Tsireya said to us, "our most sacred place" she added, I looking over at Neteyam smiling he returned it before looking back up at the floating rocks, it was so breath taking I never wanted to look away. "Eclipse is the best time to be here" I stated looking at Neteyam, he smiled using a hand to block the sunlight in his eyes as it slowly began to disappear.

We soon arrived at the tree, it's bright color being seen above the water. "this is The Spirit Tree" Tsireya said motioning towards the glowing tree "we must swim from here" I said getting off of Turu waiting for everyone else. we swam down to the tree, it was so beautiful and I absolutely loved coming here with my mother and Tsireya when we were younger. Tsireya turned using her hands to tell them to bond with the tree. she stayed by Kiri while I was with Neteyam, Tuk, and Rotxo. I didn't connect to the tree for safety reasons I just watched as they did, making sure nothing was going wrong. I watched as Neteyam connected to the tree closing his eyes, Tuk and Rotxo following along. I smiled softly at them noticing small smiles on their faces, I looked at Neteyam a smile on his face as he watched his 'vision from Eywa' I couldn't help but wonder what he was seeing.

the tree suddenly started blinking rapidly, confused I looked over to see Kiri shaking uncontrollably, I swam over towards her Neteyam not far behind me, Tsireya disconnected her braid as Rotxo and Neteyam grabbed her a swam to the surface quickly, I looked at Tsireya nervously and grabbed Tuk's hand pulling her up with me. we all broke the surface at the same time "come on" Neteyam yelled back at us "Kiri!? what is wrong, what is it?!" Tuk asked worriedly.

 "it was a seizure" Neteyam answered he got on his Ilu with Kiri in his arms and started performing mouth to mouth trying to get air in her lungs. "is she breathing? Rotxo asked repeatedly very visibly worried for her. Kiri then took a breath but was still unconscious "get her to the village, hurry" Tsireya instructed Neteyam "Let's go, let's move" Neteyam said, adjusting Kiri in his arms before speeding off on his Ilu. "Tuk come" I said to the young girl, helping her on my Ilu before leaving to catch up with Neteyam.

I watched from our Marui as Jake directed a helicopter on the sand, my father and brother standing near, I was helping my mother gather things to take to the sully's Marui for Kiri, I turned to her and she placed a trey in my hands walking out, before I left I looked over at Tsireya who was sitting on the edge of our Marui her feet hanging over the end watching jake interact with the 'sky people' "are you sure you don't want to go?" I asked looking down at her. "yeah, you go ahead" she said sadly not looking at me. "I can stay with you" I said  "no...it's okay " she replied shaking her head, I frowned sadly wanting to comfort her but before I could say anything my mother voice could be heard. "Y/n!" she called for me sternly, I looked at my mother and sighed looking back at Tsireya one more time before walking away with my head down.
