The Heart of Naboo

Prompt: being the Queen of Naboo's daughter, you were kidnapped by Count Dooku, and Anakin goes on a mission to rescue you.

"Be careful Anakin!"Obi-Wan told his former Padawan who quickly nodded.

"Don't worry, Kenobi I can perfectly handle rescuing the princess!"Anakin said through his comlink. He then disconnected and crept along the wall until he made it to the holding facility.

He heard the beeping of comms and shuffling of guards and he glanced out from behind the wall to see about six. They all carried blasters which didn't deter him in the slightest.

He pulled out his lightsaber and grabbed a screw from the ship and threw it as hard as he could in the opposite direction. All the guards heard the impact of the screw and two guards went to go investigate, leaving four guards for him to deal with.

Anakin waited for them to march down the hallway before striking. He ignited his lightsaber and jumped out and the guards began to shoot. He blocked all the blasts as they ricocheted and hit the guards. The two guards that had been sent to investigate heard the blasts and came back but he quickly subdued them.

He then placed one of the guards hands onto the scanner and it beeped approving of it and the cell door opened. Anakin entered and saw a young woman no older than himself.

She looked up and saw the lightsaber in his grip and got up. "Are you my rescue?"She asked him.

"That depends! Are you princess (y/n)?"He asks and she nods. He grabbed the princess's hand and they ran out of the cell together.

The two ran for a little while until Anakin pushed the Princess up against the wall and shielded her with his body. He also had placed his gloves hand over her mouth. He waited until 2 droids marched past before the Princess pushed his hand off her mouth.

"Get your filthy hands off me. You may be my rescuer, but that does not give you the right to touch me in such ways, Jedi!"She scolded him.

Anakin could only roll his eyes. Of course he would get stuck with one of those princesses! "Get over yourself Princess. Would you have preferred they caught us?"He asked the royal.

She went to retort however she had nothing to argue. She huffed dramatically and offered him her hand which he took in his and they began running again. They made it to the docking bay and he lifted her into his ship and he sat down in the pilot seat.

He began to fly and he escaped Dooku's ship. (y/n) let out a sigh of relief at being far away from that miserable place. She snuggled into the seat and Anakin looked over at the Princess and saw she had fallen asleep.

He thought she looked rather beautiful when she wasn't awake. But he shook his head and focused back on piloting. He would head to Coruscant and then Naboo to drop off the Princess.

An hour later he landed on Coruscant to be met with Obi-Wan and Yoda. "Successful you were?"Questioned Yoda. Anakin nodded and turned and shook the Princess awake.

"Rise and shine, highness!"He drawled. (y/n) awoke with a start and attempted to shake away from Anakin's hand. He placed a hand on her shoulder and she involuntarily flinched.

"Poor dear!"Obi-Wan said stroking his beard. Anakin looked to the Princess only to see bruises on her shoulder and collarbone. She also had needle marks on her neck.

"Take her to med bay we will!"Yoda said and Anakin helped (y/n) down to the ground being careful not to hurt her anymore than she was.

"Anakin please escort the Princess to the med bay!"Obi-Wan instructed.
