The next two weeks were strange and busy for everyone. The Entity seemed to be more on edge and angry with them all. She wanted constant sacrifices, therefore, trials were running constantly. This resulted in Adryn and Wesker having little time together. Adryn was actually seeing the survivors more than her own lover. On the bright side, Adryn was able to get better at sacrificing the survivors. She was able to use her new abilities, along with Wesker's knife that she'd been given back by The Entity. Adryn even moved faster and was able to catch people and get hits in faster now.
Adryn's special ability was to stare at someone and induce pain in them. They'd feel as though their head was being torn apart. Like they were going to blow up from the pain. It only worked when she got so close to someone though, but it was helpful enough to get a hit in on them.
Adryn remained in demon form for every trial, meaning she'd been more demonic than ever. Thankfully, she hadn't lost herself since the incident at the survivor's mansion. She did feel a little ill though. She ended up just assuming it was from missing Wesker, due to them being kept apart for so long. As Adryn and Wesker had only seen each other in passing.
All the trials were leading to the survivors to be stressed out and exhausted. They were constantly running around, fixing generators and getting hooked. It was a mess for everyone, including the killers as they were growing tired of the frequency of trials as well. After what felt like two weeks, everyone was done. Gradually, the survivors stopped doing what they were supposed to be doing in trials, and the killers stopped killing. The trials were at a standstill until The Entity finally lost patience with it and kicked everyone out of their trials. She then summoned everyone to the campfire for a meeting.
"Why are none of you doing anything anymore?!" The Entity questioned the group, clearly unaware that it was because of her constant trials. Eclipse seemed to be the only one brave enough to step forward, so she did.
"We are exhausted and drained from everything you've been putting us through. We want and need a break. We want to exist peacefully every now and then. We need more breaks. If we're given more breaks, then we'd be more willing to continue the trials for you." Eclipse explained to The Entity. For a moment of silence, a lot of them were worried that Eclipse would just be sent away to The Void. However, nothing happened.
"How can I get you all to feel better? I don't want you all to stop, I want you to continue what you're here to do." The Entity knew she couldn't control them all at once, nor would that be any fun. Eclipse looked around the group of survivors and killers. She then recalled some discussion she'd heard from some of them, stating that they'd like a party to help unwind and relax.
"A party could help us all relax and unwind, while also bringing us closer together as friends," Eclipse suggested, instantly earning some yells of agreement from survivors and a few mutters from the killers. "We should also get breaks every now and then. If you want us to do anything for you, we need to be more comfortable as well. We deserve a few things from our realms. If we're going to be here for eternity, then we deserve some things to help with us being more willing."
"Very well. Collect a list of everything that everyone wants for the party first, then collect another list for later of things they want from their home realms. There are no trials for now. Enjoy. Goodbye for now." The Entity then left them to chat and walk away from the campfire. As they walked off, Adryn and Eclipse walked with arms linked together, as Wesker and Taemin followed behind them.
"What do you want for the party, Adryn?" Eclipse asked as she looked over at her.
"Tequila," Adryn answered with absolutely no hesitation.
"Dude, no. you're a demon now, I don't think you'll be affected by alcohol anymore."
"I wanna give it a try anyway. I miss drinking tequila." Adryn and Eclipse laughed before Eclipse let go of Adryn to turn to Taemin.
