Chapter 21: Shufen and Lucas

Pagkatapos mangyari ang conversation with Sunee, ramdam ko ang sobrang pag-iwas ni Sanun sa akin. Feel na feel ko rin ang kasweetan nilang dalawa. Napapansin ko rin ang todong pag-alaga ni Sanun kay Sunee. Kitang-kita ko ang magandang pakikitungo ni Sanun kay Sunee. Nararamdaman ko rin ang sobrang pagkaiinggit sa puso ko.

"I thought you and Sanun were couples?" Lucas asked. Nasa kitchen kami and this time si Lucas naman ang nagluluto ng hapunan. Singaporean food naman ang ihahanda niya. I'm with him and helping him. Medyo may pagkahilig di kasi ako sa pagluluto kaya gusto ko silang tinutulungan.

"I gave him up to Sunee"

"What? What the hell are you saying? I thought you really love Sanun? Is that just like that? You're giving him away?"

"Not really. Sunee needs him. It's hard to explain"

"But you need him too, right?"

"Sunee needs him more"

"I didn't know that kind of love still exist"
