Chapter 30: Heaven Above the Stars (Last Chapter)

(SANUN's POV)

after 5 years...

*applause

Around of applause filled the big spacious room of the cinema. People started to stand up, stretched their arms and some wiped their eyes. Most of them left the cinema in teary eyes. But to those who knew the story from the start, they just simply smile and praised the movie. They thought that it's a meaningful movie and left heartmelting story.

"You've done a great movie, DIRECTOR Seth", I said as a congratulate Seth for making such a wonderful movie entitled Heaven Above the Stars.

"Thank you but this wouldn't be successful without Lia's permission" he exclaimed. "You know I was really thankful that when I asked her to write her own life, she didn't hesitate to do my favor. She was actually a good scriptwriter. I admire her so much. This movie was made because of Lia's diary."

"Yeah. And it's already been 5 years since she left me"

"I'm sure she's happy now"

"Yeah. I think so"

Moving on, I saw Lucas and Shufen as I went outside the cinema. They were holding hands with a sweet smile on their faces.

"Sanun oppa!" Shufen exclaimed as she noticed me.

"Hello Shufen, Lucas" I said. "Did you watch the movie already?"

"Yes and I almost cried with that movie. Lia. I miss Lia so much!" Shufen exclaimed.

"How are you now Sanun?". Lucas asked.

"Well doing fine. I'm taking up BS Medical Technology as a pre-med. I just hope I could finish already so I could help more people. Right now, I'm part of an organization "Battle for Leukemia Foundation" with Mrs. Torres. I wonder if you want to join"

"Ofcourse we would like to" Lucas said.

Lucas and Shufen are not yet couples but they already confessed to each other. They're still enjoying being a teenager. Shufen had already released her first album and she was liked by the netizens. On the other hand, Lucas debuted in a boy group named 'Explosion' just one month ago.

And as I walk around trying to figure out what shall I do next, someone tapped on my back and as I turned around, it was Sunee.

"Hey. Your eyes looked teary? Did you cry? You must've been missing Lia", she said while smiling.

"What are you doing here? I thought you have a mall tour. You left your members again. You don't deserve to be the leader of your group"

"This is Lia's movie so why would I hesitate to cancel all my schedule just to watch this? Ofcourse, I wanted to watch this movie! Besides, my members can manage to do the mall tour without me. They're actually professionals"

Sunee became an idol, too. She's the leader of a girl-group 'Elite' that really became popular these days.

Suddenly, Jenica and James appeared from nowhere and joined our conversation.

"Hi Sanun" James greeted. "You looked like you cried"

"You also cried James" Jenica said.

"So you watch the movie too? How come I didn't get to see all of you?" I asked.

"We actually had seen you but you were busy watching the movie so we didn't bother to greet you anymore" Jenica explained.

"By the way, when did you came?" James asked.

"Just two days ago"

"So are you planning to stay here or in the Philippines?"

"Neither. I'll go in US to complete my medical school. Then I'll go back in my hometown, Thailand"

"I see. We must have planned everything already"

"Won't you visit Korea, Sanun", Sunee suddenly asked.

"Maybe if I have time"

Jenica and James became couples and they're currently having their vacation here in Korea. Jenica will soon to be an engineer while James took the same course I chose. Everybody were busy at their own lives, so do I. But these people will never forget that a Lia existed in this world. After becoming the star in her life, she's now in heaven watching the other stars to shine.
