chapter 13~ going to Italy

When I woke up I decided to walk away before Silas wakes up but as soon as I tried to get up I felt sore, all over my body, I look beside me and see no one

So he left

and I continues to sleep few more hours.

After a while smell of something appetizing woke me up, I stood up and not that I don't feel sore but it's better than before, I saw Silas who was unpacking food

he looked at me and didn't say anything, I started to look for my dress and when I found it I put it on

"breakfast" he offers; I was about to decline but when my stomach brawled

"I will take that as a yes" he adds and I take a sat at the table

I hoped he left and we won't have this awkward thing that is day after sex

I started to eat and I just now noticed that I'm clean, I haven't showered yesterday since I passed out

Did he cleaned me?

"Stop staring at me like that" I say my eyes not meeting his

"Like what" he questions

But I don't say anything and continue to eat when suddenly he spoke

"Do you have a plan" I know what's he talking about

"No please" he starts to beg and cry for help like his wife was crying when he was beating her,

I know everything about him, he has one kid, his wife was pregnant but the child died in result of Bill hitting and abusing her.

I gave him some time to think about his answer, when I came back I started at him as he breathes heavily

I notice slow nod from him so I bend down

"Via Vittorio Veneto" he says

"See it wasn't hard now was it" I quickly take my gun out and shoot him in the head

I take out my phone and started to call Scarlett

"Yes" she quickly answers

"We're going to Italy, tell others" I say to her

"Will do, when?"

"Tomorrow night" and I hang up

I'm not sure when will I come back, I will probably have to stalk him for a while before I make my attack, I can't fuck it up, I never did but my anger and rage is so big for this poor excuse of  a man that who knows what I will do,

Suddenly I hear my phone ring, I looked at it and it's mom

"Yes" I question

"Hi honey how are you "

"I'm good how are you"

"Wonderful, I'm calling to ask if you are free to have dinner with me" she offers

"I think that's a great idea, I also have few things to tell you" I say to her

"Is everything okay" she asks

"I'm going to Italy for a while"

"What! I mean why"

"I will tell you the details when we meet" obviously I'm not gonna tell her about Dimitri, she knows who he is, he made huge impact on my family.

when I said we could have dinner I didn't meant her to bring Luca Francis and Antonio here

"Oh here they are" my mom said as she looks at the boys bringing the desserts that we ordered

Mom thanked them and I just nod

"So how have you been doing" mom asks

"Great" I answer

"Isn't it hard living alone" Antonio asks

"No, I like it there, it's peaceful"

"I wish I lived alone, it's cool" Francis said

"That won't be happening any time soon" Antonio said and mom nods

It's true tho, it's better for them to live with my mother, as I have said before I have quiet few enemies and so does my father,

They won't be coming to us because they know we're powerful that's why the target will be weaker one's,

"Mom as I said before I'm going to Italy tonight" Their eyes were locked on mines in shock

"Why" mom asks

"I have work to do" I can't tell her I'm going there for vacation or some other reason that involves rest

She will know I lie, I don't do vacations.

"For 'you know who' " she questions, she means Lorenzo

"No, it's my personal"

"When will you be back" Antonio asks

"I'm not sure" I reply

"Will you be able to make it to boys birthday" mom asks

"I don't know, it's in a month or two"

They stated to talk about different things and I sat there watching my mother how happy she is and even though it's hard for me to understand basic human emotions such as happiness, sadness, guilt or sympathy, I know that Rosalina is happy and even though I'm not the one who's giving her that happens, it's still okay, because it's not that I don't, it's that I can't.
