Albedo poured countless hours into studying the Oracle Knight's blood. What he found was... baffling to say the least. The corruption was still there in her body, yet it was somehow... dormant? Like something else was halting the inevitable spread from taking control of her entire body and mind.

"Perhaps her antibodies are stronger than the average human's because of her abilities... Hm, no... I don't think this is the case here. Something else is at work." Albedo muttered to himself. He couldn't help but find himself curious about the answer to this new question before him. Just what was it that was stopping the corruption? As for the changes in her appearance, was it the effects of the corruption, or this other unknown factor? So many unknown variables... Albedo glances up at the clock with a hum. He should probably get back to the Oracle Knight with these results. Yet, another question rests in the back of his mind.

"Should she be told about this, or kept in the dark?" He questioned himself, then shook his head. No, best to be up front about what is going on with her. How she chooses to use this information will rest on her shoulders. Besides, there's the likely possibility she's already aware something isn't right. Lying would only make her suspicious and lose faith in him. Trust is fundamental in this relationship, after all. If she believes she cannot trust him, then Albedo will never be able to learn the truth of the mystery at hand. And so, with his mind made up, he gathers the results and sets them aside, away from prying eyes, and waits for the Oracle Knight to return.

Everyone decided it'd be best to sleep through the night and meet up together at Starsnatch Cliff in the morning. Though, to be honest, I didn't get much sleep. My racing mind kept me awake all night. Any sleep I attempted to get was ruined by the images I'd seen in the last vision I'd received. It was always Lumine's expression of betrayal that'd keep me up.

Why is that?

I've only known her for a few days at most. So why do I feel sad when I think about it? A quick glance up at the clock tells me that I should get going. Starsnatch Cliff is a bit of a trek on foot. By the time I get there, it appears I'm the last to arrive. Diluc, Venti, Jean, Lumine and Paimon all seem to be sitting around and waiting for me. I sigh and wave at them.

"My apologies for being the last to arrive. I'll be honest, after we all split off last night, I wasn't able to get much sleep." I explained. Venti and Diluc's knowing gazes rested on my form.

"You're alright. We haven't been here for long. Now then, it seems everyone is finally here." Diluc states. I nod and glance over at the view of the ocean from Starsnatch Cliff. The warm breeze ruffles and swirls around our forms. It helps keep me grounded through all of my anxieties and doubts about what's to come.

"What a view..." Paimon's gasp draws my attention back out to the ocean before us. Venti approaches the cliff, Holy Lyre in hand.

"Lovely for a fated reunion, isn't it? Well, we must be prepared for a fight." Venti stated and I couldn't help the frown that reached my lips. He turned, his viridian gaze met my own.
