The Yashiro Commissioner, Kamisato Ayato, sat at his desk. Countless piles of documents and dossiers lined his desk as he went through each and every one of them, signing when necessary on the majority of them. A knock on the wood of the tatami door alerted the commissioner to the presence of another. He looks up, his lavender eyes finding the sight of his clan's most trusted housekeeper, Thoma. The housekeeper's gentle, yellow-green eyes bore a hint of excitement in them as he presented a letter in his hands.

"My Lord, a response has came from the Oracle Knight." He states, voice barely containing his excitement. Before Thoma had joined and started serving the Kamisato family, he once lived in the City of Freedom. He knew a girl his age, one who he once had a childish crush on, once upon a time. He often times thinks about his last few moments with her. About what she must think might have happened to him on his journey to Inazuma to find his father. It came to Thoma's surprise when he'd learned about a woman with the same descriptions as the girl he once knew had joined the Knights of Favonius. He always had thought she'd follow in her parents' footsteps and become an adventurer. So, when the news arrived in Ritou that the Oracle Knight was on the move through Teyvat with the golden Traveler, Thoma knew right away that he had to let his Lord and Lady know.

Thoma handed the letter over to the head of the Kamisato Clan. Ayato broke the seal on the envelop and pulled out the letter, eyes roaming over the elegant writing on the stationary.

To the Yashiro Commissioner, Kamisato Ayato,

I'm deeply intrigued by the contents of your letter. My traveling companions and myself were already planning on making Inazuma our next target after a friend guided us in your direction. By the time you are reading this letter, we're likely already on the move to secure safe passage through the storm surrounding Inazuma. The documents you have provided will be most useful once we have made landfall.

I just want to say this now. Please, do not get your hopes up that my presence will mean the end of the current problems Inazuma is facing. There is much behind the scenes that even I am not privy to, as I'm not able to control my abilities. However, please do not take these words as a guarantee that I will not help and aide you where I can. I promise that I will try to help in any way that I am able.

My companion, the Traveler, may have different views about what's going on in Inazuma and she may even wish to not involve herself in any of the conflict. Yet, I know how she is. If she sees that the people are suffering, she will give in and help to her fullest. A perhaps... underhanded tactic, but it may be the only way to get her to see reason.

A storm is starting to brew over the Land of Eternity, as the Electro Archon attempts to freeze the land of Inazuma forever, locked in an eternal moment. Someone once told me, that there's beauty in transience. I share this person's sentiments and genuinely hope that the Electro Archon finds the answers she's looking for. I hope I can be there when she does.

Anyways, I look forward to meeting both you and the Shirasagi Himegimi.

Take care, (Y/N) (L/N), Oracle Knight of the Knights of Favonius.

The Oracle Knight's response was a favorable one. She and her companions are soon to be on their way to Inazuma. Plans, both good and bad, will soon be set into motion as all the players arrive on the stage. Ayato chuckles humorously at the Oracle's idea of showing that Traveler the suffering of those affected by the Vision Hunt Decree. It seems as though he may have to just suggest that to his younger sister when the time arises. Ayato skims over the paper once more, taking in every little detail for any sort of clue the Oracle may have left behind. It's then that he notices that he'd missed a small portion of writing down at the bottom of the letter.
