"Dain, there you are. Did you see Master Jean?" Paimon asks after we found Dainsleif again. He nods in response to Paimon's question about seeing Jean.

"I saw her, but purposely avoided her. As both the Lionfang Knight and Acting Grand Master, she naturally would have some reservations towards me. If I'm not careful, one day I may find myself becoming the object of one of her investigations. But back to the matter at hand... I defeated some of the Abyss forces but wasn't able to gather any information. Did you have more success?" He asks and so we bring him up to speed about what happened at Boreas' proving grounds.

"I see... Well then. We can more or less figure out where the first Field Tiller ended up." He states. Paimon tilts her head in confusion.

"Huh? Really? Just from the Lupus Boreas story?" I nod.

"I believe I might have placed the puzzle pieces together after hearing Boreas reference fireballs in his story. Barbara also mentioned fireballs in the old story about the Tyrant's Final Fury. Therefor, if the mechanical opponent Boreas faced back then was, in fact, the first Field Tiller, then that would mean the first Field Tiller escaped into the ruins of Old Mondstadt, now known as Stormterror's Lair." I explained to them and Paimon gasps in understanding.

"Ah, Paimon gets it! So The Tyrant's Final Fury was really just missiles fired from the Field Tiller after it ran from Wolvendom! After it was damaged in the fight with the Wolf of the North, it must have wandered into the ruins of Old Mondstadt and stayed there... Then, whenever anyone got close- PEW, PEW, BOOM! It would fire a ton of missiles at them... Until one day, it finally broke down for good, and the fireballs stopped raining from the sky. Back then, the people of Mondstadt hadn't seen many Ruin Guards before, so they came to interpret it as The Tyrant's Final Fury!" She exclaimed and I nodded. Dainsleif hums to himself before speaking up once more.

"It looks like we need to make a trip to Stormterror's Lair and comb the entire area." Lumine's eyes brightened at the mention of the old ruins.

"Actually, I may have an idea about where the first Field Tiller is located in there." I raised a brow at her. It then suddenly clicked for me too.

"Oh... I think you're on to something, Lumine! That old and abandoned Ruin Guard that was powered down on the observatory tower in the center of the ruins." She nods. Paimon narrows her eyes, trying to remember what we were talking about.

"Huh? You mean... Ohh, Paimon remembers, too!" She exclaims.

"Then let us hurry to Stormterror's Lair before the Abyss Order can catch wind of the first Field Tiller's location." Dainsleif is already on the move before his words could even be processed. Not that it matter, as we were right behind him.

We stand before the old Ruin Guard that looks out over the land below. It's quite the melancholic sight, to be honest.

I wonder, if machines could feel, would this one have been lonely? Lonely as it stares into the distance and waits for the day it finally shuts down?
