It's been a month and my dad is still in the ice. My birthday is next month and I don't even know if he'll be here for it. To be distracted, I hang out a lot with Shuri and T'Challa. We play outside, we bake together sometimes and we have so much fun. They make me feel like I'm their little sister. T'Challa will be king soon. Unfortunately, I can't go to the ceremony because it's only the people of Wakanda that can assist it but Shuri promised me that she would tell me everything. She and I became close very quickly, I never thought I would become as close to someone as I am with her. She also showed me how to use a phone or she explained more about what a phone is. I'm staying at the castle until papa gets out of the ice. I'm starting to like living here, I really hope there will be no more problems or fights or being on the run. I just want a normal life like normal kids have. At least the prince gave me something I like. A place in a school to continue my studies. My phone buzzes, I take it out and check who's texting me even though I already know who it is because I have only two people in my contacts. It's Shuri.

The ceremony is finished, I'll be
back in a few minutes.

Alright, I'm in my room.
Come in when you get here.

Sure, I'll text you when I'm there.

While I'm waiting for her, I decide that it's time to get out of pajamas and to dress up since it's already 1 p.m. I put on pale blue ripped jeans with a black shirt, I also put my hair in a ponytail and decide to read a book while waiting for Shuri. After a few pages, my phone vibrates next to me.

I'm at the door.

It's unlocked. Come in.

The door opens and the princess enters the room. She sits on my bed and smiles at me.

"Is this book interesting?" She asks. "Because you know, since I'm the princess, I could change what's boring at school."

"No, don't worry, the book is awesome. Even though my life has more adventure but it's good anyway."

We laugh before she starts to tell me the ceremony that I couldn't go to. To what I'm told, there was a big fight between T'Challa and a guy named M'Baku. Her brother won but it was close.

"Why don't we go to the lab? I want to show you the final result of something."

I agree and we get there. She shows me the new Black Panther suits she made for the new king.

"They're beautiful. I'm sure that T'Challa will love them all and won't know which one to choose." I tell her.

"It's nice to hear. I worked hard on them."

As we finish our little conversation the other royal comes into the room and we turn towards him. Shuri leans to me and whispers to bow to tease him.

"My king." She says bowing at the same time as me.

"Stop it. Stop it."

We all chuckle and they do their little sibling code. Shuri shows him to follow us.

"I already sent a car ahead to Busan for you. Who are you taking with you to Korea?" She asks.

"Okoye. And Nakia as well." He answers with a smirk.

"You sure it's a good idea to take your ex on a mission?"

"Wait? Who's the ex? Okoye or Nakia?" I ask, amused.

T'Challa rolls his eyes playfully.

"Yes and to answer your question, it's Nakia. Okoye is beautiful but I would never be in a relationship with her. She would scare me. But Shuri, we'll be fine. Besides, you'll be on call if we need backup."
