Chapter 8

The next morning, Jungkook and Taehyung went to Namjoon's penthouse and grabbed some clothes and foods along with them.

They didn't talk much, just greeted each other in the morning.

Jungkook didn't want to push the omega after the tantrum he throw at him the previous day.

The omega even slept in the couch but Jungkook didn't know about that until the morning.

Anyways, right now, Jungkook is putting the foods in the fridge, foods for the omega and blood for himself, while Taehyung was sitting at the end of the bar of the kitchen, eating some strawberries and texting someone as it seems.

"Who are you texting? Jimin?" Jungkook asked as he closed the fridge.

He's a bit pissed because Taehyung didn't pay attention to him all day.

The omega's always been on his phone since they arrived here, even during the drive here, the omega has been on his phone.

Jungkook is aware that he snapped at the older for always clinging into him but now, as strange at it may be, being ignored by the omega hurt his ego.

"What?" Taehyung snapped his head upwards before gulping down as if he was suddenly nervous. "Yeah, it's Chim! I'm just distracting myself to not get too horny! I don't even know why you're here when I'm too clingy, I said that spending my heat alone is painfully but it won't kill me!"

Cool!

He's mad at me, the vamp thought to himself.

"Well, I'm already here so just let me take care of you. We'll talk about that clingy part when your heat's over!"

"I don't want you to take care of me and then complain later when you're drunk off your ass because apparently, you can't say the truth when you're sober!"

Now, Taehyung placed his phone far from him and gave 100% of his attention to the younger.

Jungkook didn't know what game he's playing.

He should be relieved that the omega's ready to give him some freedom but here he is, playing with fire as always.

"What happened last night was a mistake! I was drunk and-"

"Just shut up, will you? I'm trying really hard to push these emotions but it's getting too much!" Taehyung was suddenly looking down at the counter but when the vampire looked closely, he saw the small tears... "I'm not emotionally stable, I needed some reassurance last night but you snapped at me and I spent the night crying my eyes out, I'm sorry-" he wiped his tears as he finally looked up at the younger. "I don't even know why I'm crying... you don't owe me anything and I shouldn't have been too touchy with you... I'm sorry, I'm so em-"

"Hey! It's fine! I'm sorry for being an asshole" Jungkook quickly rushed to the omega's side and stand next to him before hesitantly caressing his head.

Now, he feels shitty for snapping at the poor omega even if he was drunk and could blame it on the alcohol.

Taehyung soon stopped crying and they visited the whole house before going on their own.

Jungkook decided to watch a football match whereas Taehyung went to the bedroom to take some rest.

It was until a scream pierced through his ears that Jungkook jolted out of the sofa, mute the tv and when he heard it for the second time, he ran downstairs.

He pushed the door of the bedroom open and saw that Taehyung was fully naked on the bed, his or more like Jungkook's clothes were thrown on the floor.

Jungkook looked at him and saw that transparent slick were dripping down between his thighs.
