Chapter 24

There was no way for Jungkook to be able to sit on his bed and acts as if nothing happened. Not after getting another phone call from Yerin and the girl confirmed to him that there was a high chance for Taehyung to not have gone completely insane.

According to her, Taehyung indeed visited a doctor after feeling unwell these past few days.

Scientifically speaking, there are no clear explanations on what was happening with the omega and the 'baby'. Jin was sure that Taehyung got miscarriage and now two months later, another doctor is saying that the omega was still pregnant.

Many things are still unclear and unbelievable to him and that's why Jungkook decided to tell his hyungs about what was going on.

Even the elders agreed that it was impossible and perhaps a miracle.

A part of Jungkook can't help but felt hopeful about the news. It's like life gave them another chance and if indeed Taehyung is again pregnant, then he will definitely fight for them.

Two days were needed for Jungkook to argue with his father on the matter and borrow one of Namjoon's car since all of his are guarded by Mr Jeon's men.

His father objected to his choice of going back to the Kim pack. Even after he explained the situation, Mr Jeon didn't believe a single word he said. They were in cold water for two days until Jungkook decided to break it and just do whatever he feels like.

It's not just about him and Taehyung anymore, there's his unborn baby at sake!

On Friday, Jungkook sneaked in when he was supposed to have a sleepover at Jungwoon's house. His cousin deliberately helped him pack his clothes and bring a small freezer which could fit enough blood for him feed from.

Of course, they had to collect the blood from humans and by themselves because Mr Jeon flatly denied to offer his help. The father even attempted to prevent his son from leaving their clan but Jungkook had to leave before the sun rises.

He sneaked out when everyone were still asleep, thus why before dawn he's driving to the Kim pack with clammy hands.

He became so damn nervous when he approached the wolves' territory.

What will happen??

He couldn't debate for much longer within himself about what he should do because he already parked in front of Taehyung's new house which by the way looked slightly small but very cozy.

The house reflected the omega's personality. Even the grey color reminded him of Taehyung's favorite color. The decorations inside of the house is so like the older, simple but classy and beautiful.

Jungkook didn't have to knock on the door because it was already open. It irked him a little that the omega wasn't careful enough to lock the damn door but everything he felt vanished away when he perked through the second door and saw Kim Taehyung wearing the fluffiest sweater and slippers.

The older looks like he's still on his pajamas but no one can pull off nightwear looks better than Kim Taehyung himself.

When their eyes met, Jungkook finally let out a breathe or more like a long sigh that he's been holding in.

The omega looked fine, not sick nor hurt, good!

"Jungkook? What the heck are you doing here??" Taehyung's voice sounded genuinely surprised but he still run his way towards the vampire and hugged him tightly.

Jungkook at first was just awkwardly standing there but he relaxed when the omega's sweetest scent hit his nostrils.

A new perfume? He silently wondered.
