Chapter 15

"Tae, baby, you need to eat something" Jimin has been trying to make the omega eat something but it won't work, Taehyung didn't eat anything for the last two days and it's becoming worrisome.

He's not leaving the bed unless to pee or to take a shower, he always complains about feeling tired but can't sleep properly without jolting awake from a nightmare.

It's really difficult these days especially as Jungkook wasn't here with him.

The vampire didn't see him even once and Taehyung's not even surprised about it, Jungkook must feel so angry at him for lying and for losing their baby, or maybe the younger's even relieved about the situation.

After all, Taehyung deserves everything that's happening to him, it's his divine punishment for agreeing to Seojoon's proposition.

Talking about the devil, the alpha had tried to call him multiple times but Taehyung didn't pick up, he didn't feel mentally strong enough to talk with that irritating man!

"Or just drink the water! You're going to starve yourself to death at this rate!!" Jimin brought him down to the reality.

"So what if I die? It will probably be better if I just died with the baby!!"

Death is probably better than this life! This life wherein he's damned to suffer.

"Don't say that, I know it hurts a lot but please, you need to take care of yourself!" Jimin said in a pleading tone and only then did Taehyung realize that he's got a little 5 years old waiting for him to come back home with a promised new sibling and a new family...

He and Hyuna have always wanted to have a complete family after the sudden death of Minho. Hyuna has lived without a father and she's always been envious of her classmates. She always comes crying to Taehyung that she wants to have a daddy like the other children but now, all the hope the omega gave her is all shattered because there's no way Jungkook's going to accept loving her, not when Taehyung is now someone he despises so much.

"Make sure to finish the pasta, Mrs Jeon made them specially for you" Jimin said before leaving him alone.

Taehyung always preferred staying alone these days, not when all he saw on people's face are the pity they felt for him...

He doesn't want to feel like he's a damsel in distress...

He doesn't need to be treated like a weak person!

Maybe his only way to stay sane is his daughter, that's why he took his phone and dialed Yerin's number.

"You're still here, spying on him?" Namjoon voiced as he watched Jungkook looking at the screen of his computer.

The younger's been doing this for days and the older knew that it's not healthy for him.

He's been quite depressed, he looks very pale almost like a cadavre due to the fact that he hasn't been feeding nor left the room Namjoon offered him to stay in, it's like he's punishing himself and only god knows why.

"You promised me to tell your father about this! Why is it not done yet?" Namjoon insisted.

The truth is, the older's worried that Jungkook won't ever be able to tell anyone else about the fact that Taehyung's a traitor but it is very dangerous for their safety.

"Not when he's like this! We just lost our baby!" Jungkook coldly spat, the last thing he wants is to have a fight with Namjoon over his decision.
