"This is all your fault!" Han Myungoh yelled, red in the face as he glared at the two.
"Our fault? What do you mean by that?" The usually calm Yoo Sangah asked, actually looking irritated as she asked how they were to blame for the current situation.
In the dim light, three people could be seen captured by ground rats. They were tied up tightly by the dark colored roots that came out from the ground.
"I-If it weren't for this brat, I never would have had to come along! A-And the situation wouldn't be like this if Yoo Sangah hadn't taken the subway!"
"What do you mean? And why does the subway matter now?"
"T-That... Y-Yoo Sangah-ssi always rides a bicycle so-"
"Haha!" Cale cut him off, letting out a contemptuous laugh at having to actually listen to this bastards' bullshit with his own ears.
"W-What's so funny?!" Han Myungoh snaps, indignity evident in his eyes.
He flinched.
Cale looked at him, no trace of emotions evident in his eyes as he seemed to be silently taking him apart piece by piece.
'I knew this guy was supposed to be a bastard at the beginning but I didn't realize it was this bad.' Turning to look at Yoo Sangah who was seated to his left, Cale looked at her with slight pity for having to deal with someone like this for so long.
"Noona, may I ask you a question?"
"Yes?"
"Has this ahjussi ever offered to give you a ride home? Or, better yet, has he ever even ridden the subway before the scenarios started?"
"Huh? No, what does that have to do with-
!!!" Yoo Sangah, her eyes going wide at the realization, turned to Han Myungoh with a cold gaze.
"Han Myungoh-ssi. Did you steal my bike?" At this, Yoo Sangahs voice was so cold that it sounded more like an accusation than it did an actual question.
"W-What is this person? I clearly told you that I would drive you in my car! You should know how to accept favors!"
"Answer me. Did you steal my bike?"
Yoo Sangah was really mad.
This bastard tried to blame the situation on not only her, but even Cale who was dragged here because of him. He had the audacity to act like he did nothing wrong despite having ulterior motives towards her that day, going so far as to even follow her onto the subway when she was on her way home.

Somehow Han Myungoh's face became even more red to the point that it could clearly be seen even within the dim lighting in the room.
'Hopefully this guy doesn't blow a fuse and keel over' Cale thought.
After all, they still needed him for when the Dark Keeper arrived.
"Yes, shit! I did it! So what?"
"Why are you talking like it isn't a big deal? Not only did you commit theft by stealing someone else's things, you were even trying to follow me home!"
"Theft? Following? Shit, don't talk bullshit! You should've just got in my car from the beginning!"
