(I stil use this as an A/N, if you see something like 'what's the word' it means you can ignore it, or something, but anyway, have fun reading!)
Listening to Ectoplasm, a pro hero/teacher, explaining mathematics, I made small drawings in my notebook.
The first day had gone by smoothly so far. It was only the second class, but whatever.
"Shinso?" I whispered as I looked over at him. Sitting next to him was definitely an annoyance to him.Annoyed he looked over. I showed him the drawing I made from Ectoplasm. It was meant as a joke but I saw Shinso's surprised face. Was it offending?
"That's actually a pretty good drawing." He admitted before turning back to the class.
I smiled softly, hoping nobody would see.
Later at lunch we sat down together with some other 1C students.
It was more like, I dragged Shinso over to them so he wouldn't sit alone.
Shinso probably hated me, but I was... adopting him? As my friend. Yep, definitely what was happening.
The hero course students lunched here as wel, but they intimidated me with their social lives and strange personalities."So... does anyone understand maths?" One of the others said, she was named Murasaki. She was rather outgoing, even compared to me.
She had long grey-green hair and a bright smile. Her quirk made it so small twigs sometimes sprouted from under her hair.A lot of no's went around the table.
"It's easy." I told them as I shrugged, "I didn't even pay attention that much."
Shinso rolled his eyes, "course you actually understand it." He sounded pretty much done.
It was a fact that I disturbed him a lot in class. I couldn't help my short attention span.
"What can I do about the fact I've got brains?" Grinning I sipped my water, "...and I got bored yesterday so I read trough the chapter already." I wasn't actually that smart, Aizawa helped me."Wait, could you explain us?" Murasaki asked, "We should totally all have a study session together!"
"We could do that," someone else said, Jagaimo was his name, "My parents almost never are home and it's close!" He sounded excited. Jagaimo looked, compared to others in this quirk filled world, quite basic with brown hair and brown eyes. (Did I name him what Google translate says means potato? Yes I did. It cheers me up to be honest)
He was slightly chubby, but he was nice, don't judge by appearances kids! (I'm still annoyed by something that happened at school, don't mind my annoyed mood while writing please, I think it's showing, is it?) (I'll rewrite this later, just ignore this please)"Let's make a group chat!" Murasaki grabbed her phone and we all got added.
Shinso didn't seem to pleased to be dragged into this. I was quite sure he was faking it tough. Maybe something was bothering him, but he was definitely hard to read.
And so we met up the next day, after school.
"I don't know about this." Shinso admitted as we walked after the group towards Jagaimo's house."About what? We're just going to study." I shrugged it off, hoping to convince him.
"Wel, it's time consuming to go to someone else's." Shinso mumbled.
I tried to understand what he really thought the problem was.
"You can practice your social skills, I mean, it's really important to be able to communicate with fellow heroes." I tried convincing him.I heard Shinso sigh, "just... they'll just make fun of my quirk later on."
Frowning I turned to Shinso, "they won't." It became clear in my mind, did Shinso used to get bullied or discriminated because of his quirk?
"It's alright," I decided to try to make him feel more at ease, "if anyone's quirk would be considered villainous, it's Murasaki's, or better yet, Jagaimo can kill you within a split second if he wanted to."I saw Shinso nodding. It was hard to see if it really made him feel better, his face was just so hard to read!
As we studied at Jagaimo's his parents gave us way to many snacks, they lay on the table for us because they themselves were gone.
His parents seemed really kind, it made me miss mine slightly, but I was especially glad that Jagaimo had it good at home.We talked a little, while we got our work done. I tried to explain maths, using Aizawa's way of explaining it.
Somehow they understood and asked questions that I could answer easily. Then the conversation was about quirks.
"What's your quirk Shinso?" Ichigo asked. Everyone turned to him expecting an answer.Seeing him hesitating, I smiled at him slightly.
Taking a small breath he answered, "If you answer me I can take control of your actions, sort of." He looked away.
"That's so cool!" Murasaki clapped her hands together, "So useful for being a hero!"
The others agreed, "you can literally ask a villain to release the hostages, that's insanely useful."
Shinso smiled slightly, it went unnoticed by the others, but it ment a lot to him.
Me and Shinso lived close to each other, it appeared.
When me and Shinso headed towards the nearby bus stop, I nudged his shoulder.
"That wasn't that bad, was it?" I asked him.Shinso smiled brightly, "I suppose..." he looked away.
I decided not to push as we almost missed the bus.
"Quick, we gotta run!" I rushed towards the bush before it could drive away.Seeing Shinso's annoyed expression I laughed a little, but we made it in time, so that was good!
