I took a walk the next day. I could take the day off, my caretaker was in the hospital after all.
Sleep was something that hadn't come that night, so I was feeling like shit when I woke up.
Coffee was the only thing keeping me going, yet again, stress and whatever wouldn't let me fall asleep.
Why was I like this? While walking passed a stack of carton boxes I heard a mew.
My eyes widened.
Walking towards the boxes I searched trough them. My eyes landed on a small kat, barely a kitten, but it probably still counted.
It's grey fur and emerald eyes were astonishing.
It didn't have anything to show it had an owner, and one of the boxes said, 'take it'.Petting the poor thing I smiled, "you're mine now." I informed the cat.
I lifted it up and brought it back to the apartment. Letting it meet the other cats I prepared food for the cat.
There was only one thing to worry about, would Aizawa mind?
Would he?When Aizawa was released from the hospital, later that day, me and Mic went to bring him home.
Aizawa had said he didn't need us to do that, but I wanted to see him.At the hospital Mic told me to wait in the car.
I rolled my eyes and waited while he went inside.
The parking lot was mostly empty. I wondered if there was another parking lot, where else would all the cars have gone?
When he and Aizawa finally came out I quickly got out of the car.Without thinking about it I rushed up to Aizawa and jumped into his arms, not literally, I just gave him a hug.
Quickly I stepped back. "Glad you're alright." I mumbled not meeting his gaze.To my surprise Aizawa was covered in bandages. Even his face was all white from them. His black hair and clothes made it look rather funny.
"You are alright, are you?" I asked concerned."I'm fine, and my well-being doesn't mater to my parenting job." Aizawa spoke trough the bandages.
"Doubt." I mumbled as I turned back to the car.
Mic said something under his breath to Aizawa, but I couldn't hear.
Finally home I made a picture of Aizawa and send it to Shinso, he said he's alright, I honestly see so many things wrong with that statement on so many levels I send it and turned to Aizawa.
"Can we get a kitten?" I asked him.
Slowly Aizawa turned to me.
"You already brought it here, haven't you?"I smiled and grabbed him from my room, "He's named Haiiro." I petted the cat as he rested in my arms.
Sighing Aizawa sat down, "If it behaves..."
"He will behave, yes." I nodded, "I'll work on homework now." I put down Haiiro and went to my room. I smiled as I turned back to the living room, Aizawa was immediately getting along with the cat as it sat on his lap. I should have known.
