The writing part of the exam ended up being easy after the huge amount of studying I did.
Now for the practical part.

The class thought it was going to be battling robots, just like the entrance exam which I had failed.
I knew I had grown a lot since then, but it still seemed horribly scary. In the sense of wether I'd be good enough to pass, I mean.
We stood in front of a huge part of the UA staff as Aizawa started explaining. Then it dawned on me. The papers Aizawa had been working on held teams of two, I took a glance at those...
I counted the teachers, there were nine...
Oh, wel if there were ten it would mean every team would fight a teacher, but that's not the case then, is it?

Nezu proceeded to make his appearance in Aizawa's scarf.
Oh dear, we're fighting the teachers.

The class found out a second later, their shock was amusing to be fair, and the teams were listed.
The idea was to either fight or run, to make it easier the teachers had weights on them to slow them down the slightest.

I was with Sero, fighting Midnight.

My brain started thinking quite like it had with the internship. Hawks hadn't meant it, but his internship had thought me some small things.

As I thought about the possibilities in the fight Sero tapped my shoulder.
My hand rose up in protection, until I realised who it was.
I hadn't really talked to Sero before, so here's your description.
His elbows were tape dispensers.

"Sorry, right," I shrugged it off, "I was thinking, cause Midnight most likely have a plan from the start as wel righ..." And so we thought of a plan.

Finally me and Sero got ready. We stood in the ground we had to either run trough, or fight in.
I adjusted my vest so I could completely focus on the fight before I looked up at Sero.
"If anything happens, make sure you tape your mouth one extra time and run to the gate." I remembered him before putting the tape over my mouth, hopefully it would protect us against Midnights quirk enough.

Sero nodded as he smiled. "When I die, you pull the tape from your mouth and fly towards the gate." He said in return.
I nodded in confirmation as I clenched the ends of my sleeves in my hands.

The battle centre was big, which I had expected.
"Let's get this over with." I told Sero as we hurried closer to the gate.

That was when Midnight threw her wip towards us.
She laughed as she walked towards us, Sero stepped back but I stayed where I was.

"Choosing to fight? Are we?" Midnight chuckled as a pink cloud surrounded her.

I braced myself as Midnight threw her wip thing towards me.
Letting out a small ouch, I caught the thing in my hand and pulled Midnight from her feet.
"Sero!" I called out as Sero shot his tape at midnight as she lost her balance.

The tape got caught in Midnights hands and she licked her lips before repeating what we did to her.
I gasped as she managed close the distance between Sero and pulled the tape from his mouth.
That was not the plan.

"Shit." I grumbled as I looked for a beter solution in my head.
Midnight laughed as Sero collapsed in her arms. I hesitated but then pulled the tape from my mouth.
Instead of a bird I turned into a cobra, jumping to be able to bite Midnight without inhaling the pink dust stuf.
An honest terrified scream left Midnights mouth, I'd probably be scared as wel, but then the poison paralysed her and she lost her balance.
Still holding my breath I turned into a familiar cheeta, which was easier given I was so familiar with it, and scooped up Sero. I ran out of the pink dust and started gasping for air.
In the corner of my eye I found Midnight having recovered from the attack, most of the way at least. What I definitely could see was that she was angry.
Instead of hanging out any longer I ran on, creating as much distance as I could.

I reached the gate and let myself fall trough it. Taking a few breaths I turned back and looked at Sero. Wanting to cheer about the victory I noticed he wasn't going to hear.
Awkwardly I sighed as he was still asleep.
