Unity SMP isn't really a normal server it basically travels through the void, its system finds different servers and universes and merges with them as it sees fit. Meaning the Unity SMP is basically sentient. It fuses with each universe or server for a reason, that reason being that it's trying to form one giant server where people can work together and thrive in unity which is why it's called the Unity SMP, it basically chooses servers with people who would help accomplish this. Also, a side note Unity SMP doesn't look like Minecraft it looks like the real world just so you know!
