Time skip to a few days later cuz I'm lazy

I hear a knock on the front door from the living room. I've already told Olivia about Xandra coming, and she's been more excited than I've seen her in years. "I'll get it!" I yell as I get up and jog to the front door. I open it and I'm met with Xandra. "Hello y/n!" Xandra says happily. 

"Yknow, it's rude to stare honey." Xandra says with a small chuckle as she breaks me out of my trance. "Sorry! Come right in and I'll show you to the living room." I say with a nod as I move out of the doorway to let her in. "Wow, house is same as always." Xandra says with a smile. "Mom, it's Xandra! Meet me in the living room!" I yell as I lead Xandra to the living room. My mom is there in seconds and they are hugging immediately. I plop down on the couch and continue watching American horror story. 

Olivia and Xandra babble on until something catches my attention. "You got engaged?!" My mom says happily. "Yea, and the wedding is in a few weeks! I was hoping you and y/n could be one of..my bridesmaids?" Xandra asked hopefully, now she was talking to me also. "I'd love to!" My mom says first. "You sure you don't want me to just be a normal guest?" I ask with a chuckle as I look at Xandra. "I'm positive, so yes or no?" Xandra asks. "In that case, sure! Any color rules?" I ask as I scoot up on the edge of the couch. "Bridesmaids wear any sort of red dress, I'll wear a white one and guests will wear black." Xandra says with a smile. "I can sort that out.." I say with a smile as I look at Xandra and then I flop back on the couch. Olivia and Xandra soon leave the living room to go in the kitchen.

She's getting married?! Okay why am I even stressed about this, she's my moms friend, I shouldn't like her like this! I should probably just brush away the feelings..obviously she doesn't like me like that, nor does she know.
