~Beach~

I sit off in the corner of the beach house where the after party was being held. Xandra and the bridesmaids talked about drama and other stuff while Larry was nowhere to be found. Now it was dark outside, and I kinda wanted to go outside, so that's what I did.

I walked out on the dark beach, making sure not to step in a few holes. I wouldn't wanna fall, especially in my heels. Once I get close enough to the ocean where the sand isn't quite wet, but is still close to the ocean, I sat down. I pulled my knees up to my chest as I listened to the soft whispers of the ocean. I end up lying down and looking at the bright stars, as the oceans whispers turn to very faint coos. "Hey." I hear a Voice far off, but I don't move my head. "Hey." The voice says again, now I recognize it, Xandra. "Hm?" I ask. I feel the train of her dress slightly touch my arm. "What are you doing out here? Don't you wanna come outside, plus it's freezing out here." Xandra says as she looks at the ocean, not daring to sit down. "It feels good...plus the ocean is so calming, and the stars are amazing." I say as I start to count some of the stars.

"I would sit, but as pretty as this dress is, I wouldn't want to ruin it at all. Plus it cost so much money." Xandra says with a slight chuckle as she turns around. "I hope you have a nice marriage, and I wish you luck." I say. "What's that supposed to mean?" She asks. "You'll see.." I say with a smile appearing on my face as she shrugs it off and walks back inside.

Before you ask, no, I'm not planning revenge. But honestly, I feel if I distance myself I will loose my crush. So I'm gonna do something that probably everyone will profit from.
