(After recovering from the wild sex session with Asia, Makoto decides to have a walk outside as he remembers the recent events which happened lately.)
Tokuhiko's Voice: Something that you made me do....... You were my friend.... Until you left AND BETRAYED ME!!!
Ixa's Voice: I will slaughter all supernatural factions and Fangire! I will make you suffer a thousand times my pain!
Makoto: (sighs) Who knew things would get more complicated than they are nowadays...
Kivat: (comes in) Still thinking about that Tokuhiko guy?
Makoto: Not only him. The other Kamen Rider too. He said he would slaughter all supernatural factions and fangires. What does he mean by that?
Kivat: Someone told me about the Ixa Systems. It's used to combat all supernatural threats. And it turns out that the leader of the extinct Phenex Clan has become the responsible for the massacre of a certain family.
Makoto: Riser's father...
Kivat: Yeah...
(Suddenly Makoto dodges a spear thrown at him.)
Makoto: You fallen angels never give up, do you?
(Then Dohnaseek comes in along with two female figures.)
Makoto: So you brought backup. I'm touched.
Dohnaseek: You will die this time, Kiva!

Makoto: (sarcastic) Wow, look who won the prize. You know what's the prize? (to Kivat) Let's go.
Kivat: All right!
(Then Makoto prepares to transform.)
GABU!
Makoto: Henshin!
(Makoto becomes Kamen Rider Kiva.)
Kiva: Hmm... perhaps I should try something new.
Kivat: Basshaa Form, right? Let's go!
(Kiva pulls out the Basshaa Fuestle and places it on his Kivat.)
BASSHAA MAGNUM!
(At Doran Castle, Ramon realizes that he's being called.)

(Then Ramon becomes Basshaa Magnum and goes towards Kiva as the latter changes forms.)

(Kiva starts shooting the three fallen angels, who deflect the shots until he manages to shoots each one of them before shooting them again.)
Kalawarner: I can't stand this guy!
(Kiva then places the Basshaa Magnum for Kivat to bite it.)
BASSHAA BITE!
(Kiva generates a powerful tornado, and then he fires a powerful homing shot that instantly shatters the three fallen angels. Then Doran Castle comes in to devour the souls of the three fallen angels.)
Kivat: Remember to chew it well.
(Kiva then feels a familiar presence.)
Kiva: Tokuhiko! I know you're in there!
(Then Tokuhiko shows up before calling Sagarc.)
Tokuhiko: Sagarc!
(Sagarc attaches into Tokuhiko as he prepares to transform.)
Tokuhiko: Henshin!
HENSHIN!
(Tokuhiko becomes Kamen Rider Saga, and both him and Kiva get in their fighting stances as they prepare to fight.)
