(In the underworld, Lex Luthor is seen transferring Kirigami's quirk to Issei under direct orders of Mabuz.)

(Unbeknownst to them, Kivat was watching the entire scene, and then it goes to where Makoto is.)

(Makoto then rushes to the ORC, and then he explains what Kivat told him, which makes Kirigami shocked.)

(He then pulls out both of his Wonder Ride Books.)
PRIMITIVE DRAGON!
ELEMENTAL DRAGON!
SOSHITE TAIKO NO CHIKARA TO TE WO MUSUBI SUBETE O SUKUU SHINJUU TO NARU!
ELEMENTAL DRAGON! GET!
(He places the book in his driver, and prepares to transform. So do Makoto and Tokuhiko)

Saber: I will decide this story's ending!
(Saber charges at Lex Luthor and slashes him while Kiva and Saga face against Arc and Rey. Saber then shoots a lightning wave, and blasts Luthor up.)
Luthor: How? You're supposed to be weak! (growls) YOU INSULENT VERMIN!
(Saber and Luthor charge at each other and clash, but the former gains the upper hand and hits the latter with a fire slash, and then he keeps slashing and kicking him. Then he dashes like a hurricane and keeps slashing Luthor before rising from the ground and slashing him once more.)
Luthor: WHY? I AM LEX LUTHOR! I AM SUPPOSED TO WIN, NOT YOU!
Saber: Your talk is STRESSING ME!
(Saber then regains his strength and stabs Luthor in the gut. He tries to escape, but Arc and Rey kick both Kiva and Saga away. Arc then grabs Luthor.)
Arc: You coward. I've got no use for you anymore anyway.
(Arc crushes Luthor with his own hand, and then he and Rey retreat, and so does Kiva and his faction.)
