(At Khaos Brigade Hideout, Shalba is seen discussing his next move with his fellow teammates.)
Shalba: Since Kobakiel failed to destroy Kiva, I believe we must finish what he couldn't. Team Vali and Hero Faction will keep an eye on him until I say it's time to strike. Got it?

Vali Team/Hero Faction: We understand, sir.
Shalba: Good. Now leave.
(As Vali Team and Hero Faction leave, Shalba turns to Creuserey.)
Shalba: Tokuhiko has failed me twice. Should he fail again, do not hesitate to destroy him. I've had enough of failures.

(Shalba gets silent about the matter.)
(Meanwhile at Kuoh, Makoto is seen walking in the streets until he arrives in a park. Suddenly a female voice is heard.)
????: Greetings, King of Fangires.
(Makoto stops and barely dodges an attack from a female mutant. Kivat then comes in.)
Kivat: You need to me more careful, Makoto.
Makoto: (to the woman) And you are?

????: I am Psylocke, former member of The Hand, and to be more specific, I'm a mutant.
Makoto: You don't say... okay then, and why are you after me?
(Psylocke shoots three Psy Blasts, which Makoto dodges.)
Psylocke: I am here to kill you?
Makoto: That's it? Are you some kind of mercenary or something?
Psylocke: I just witnesses some rogue fangire attacks at the X-Mansion. And I found out that you are their king. I must destroy you!
Makoto: Not all fangires are bad. Only a few of them simply didn't like the idea of coexistence.
Psylocke: Your lectures are pointless. Prepare to die!
Makoto: Well, you asked for it. Kivat!
Kivat: Yeah, all right. Let's go, Kiva!
(Makoto grabs Kivat and presses its button as he puts it close to his wrist.)
GABU!
(Makoto's fangire features are shown as he prepares to transform.)
Makoto: Henshin!
(Makoto becomes Kamen Rider Kiva, and both get in their fighting stances before charging at each other. Kiva punches Psylocke before tackling her, and then he rapidly punches her in the gut. Finally he kicks her away.)
Psylocke: Heh, you're tough, I must admit. PSY THRUST!
(Psylocke charges at Kiva with a Psy Thrust, but he grabs her and spins her before throwing her away. He tackles her and pins her down, but as he's about to punch her, he hesitates, and then she disappears and reappears from behind, kicking him in the face.)
Psylocke: (sighs) You fight well... and... I guess I was wrong about you... you're not like them. I'll spare your life.
(Kiva then gets up and reverts back to Makoto.)
Makoto: Good to know I knocked some sense into you.
Psylocke: (chuckles) Funny. By the way...
(She disappears and reappears in front of him, and kisses him on the lips, catching him by surprise. As she breaks the kiss, she picks up a card from Xavier Institute.)
