Chapter 13

"The Proposal"

I prepare for one of the most important days of my life. Perhaps I'm finally ready to take a risk and make a change in our lives together. I'm finally going to propose to the love of my life.

My heart is pounding in my chest, my hands shaking with nervous excitement.

I remember all the moments we've shared together. The laughter, the tears, the joy, and the pain. I remember the way she looks at me with those beautiful eyes, the way her smile lights up the room, and the way her touch sends shivers down my spine. i can't wait another moment.

habbang natutulog pa siya, umalis nako nang maaga para bumili nang special na sing-sing, tinawagan ko na din sila miss toni para agad silang makapaghanda, sinundo ko si miss toni kasama ang kanyang kaibigan para makapag decorate na kami.

As Miss Toni and her friend started decorating the place, I couldn't help but feel a mix of nervousness and excitement. This was it. This was the day I had been waiting for.

I couldn't help but think about all the ways that our lives would change once she said yes. I knew that things wouldn't be perfect, but I want to take the risk.

"Handa kana ba" tanong sakin ni miss toni.

"Kinakabahan, ngayon lang ako nakaramdam nang excitement na ganito sa buong buhay ko" I chuckled as i say those words.

As I watched the sun rise above the trees, I knew that everything was perfect.

The area was filled with the soft glow of flickering candles, and the sweet scent of roses wafted through the air. It was like a dream.

The birds chirped and the leaves rustled in the gentle morning breeze, adding to the enchanting ambiance of the place.

"this place is perfect" I whispered It was as if the entire world was conspiring to create this moment, this perfect moment that I would remember for the rest of my life.

"Sabi mo pa, sobrang magugustuhan to ni alicia pag nakita niya" sabi sakin ni Miss toni pagkalapit niya. sana nga...magustuhan niya.

"Hindi nako pakapag hintay" i replied as i chuckled.

"Mahal na mahal mo talaga siya noh" pagkakasabi ni miss toni, agad naman akong ngumiti sa sinabi niya.

"Sobra, hindi ko na siya kayang pakawalan pa" Miss Toni smiled at me, a twinkle in her eye. I grinned, feeling a sense of pride and joy.

"I just want everything to be perfect for her. She deserves nothing less" I whispered to myself, taking a deep breath and centering myself for the moment to come.

"Sobrang suwerte niya na meron siyang vince sa buhay niya" Miss Toni said, patting me on the back.

"You're a good man, and she knows it" Miss Toni said, her voice soft and comforting. I turned to look at her and smiled, grateful for her words.

"Thank you, Miss Toni. I just hope she says yes" pagakakasabi ko sa kanya habang tumatawa.

"Alam mo na iintriga talaga ako sa kaka miss toni mo, pre o pare nalang kaya tawag mo sakin baka matuwa pako" sabay kaming tumawang dalawa ang weird talaga ang humor niya.

"ok, pre sabi mo eh"

"sige pre kami na bahala sa lablab mo"

tumawa kaming lahat, hinila niya yung kaibigan niya at umalis na silang dalawa hindi ko alam kung saan sila pupunta. napa buntong hininga na lang ako at mukhang ito na ang oras na kailangan ko nang gawin ang isa sa pinaka hihintay kong pagkakataon.
