Calum's POV

It was already too late for me. All I saw was pitch black, and then everything went black.

Finally Free.

*3rd person*

Everyone in town stood around the scene. Calum's car was flipped upside down, it was beat up, and every single window smashed into millions of shards. But the most horrific sight, was Calum. Calum was in the middle of the car, just sitting there, lifeless with blood running down his clothes.

The ambulance came and removed Calum from the car. By now, the crowd was growing by the minute and it was dead silent aside from the murmurs of "What happened".

Luke and Danielle were in the front of the crowd along with Michael and Sophia. Luke seemed lifeless. He didn't speak, or move, it seemed like he wasn't even breathing. Danielle was crying, her cheeks were drenched in tears, gasping for air as she held Luke close to her.

Sophia and Michael were both crying immensely, holding each other's hands.

In the back, stood Allison. The look of guilt and regret was evident across her face.

When the ambulance left, The entire crowed started to disperse, but Luke, Danielle, Michael, and Sophia stayed. Danielle ran over to the car and fell to her knees. She covered her face and sobbed. She stayed there for hours, and Luke stood behind her. Luke tried not to cry, but obviously failed, his face couldn't cope with how many tears were coming out of his eyes.

Sophia and Michael left, they said they couldn't stand thinking about it anymore. It was only Luke and Danielle. It was dark when they eventually left. Then they saw Allison, still standing in the back. She went straight up to Luke and Danielle

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, this is all my fault" she said with an unsteady voice.

Luke just glared at her, then unexpectedly, Luke pulled her into a hug. Danielle stood there, shocked by Luke's gesture.

Allison started to cry into Luke's neck, but Luke didn't let go.

"Luke?" Danielle said.

They separated and Luke looked at Danielle.

"We can't be cruel to her, look at her, does she seem like she's faking it to you?" He said.

"Danielle, listen I know that I'm the main reason that Calum... but I genuinely feel horrible. This is my fault, and I would go back in a heartbeat and fix this if I had the chance. No one wants anything to do with me, I know but I want you to know most of all how sorry I am" Allison said.

Danielle didn't say anything, she just ran off to Calum's house. There were cop cars sprawled all over the street but Danielle didn't care. She went in and saw Calum's parents sitting on the couch, crying while a cop was talking to them. She made her way around the house, pushing past cops and finally made her way into Calum's room.

Danielle's POV

I walked into Calum's silent bedroom and I walked around the room and then into the bathroom taped to the mirror, was a piece of paper.
