Time Jump~ 1 month

Luke's POV

Calum's memory had slowly started to come back. Now he remembers everyone is his family, Michael, and Sophia, but he didn't remember me yet. Which confused me. I was such a big part of his life. How could he not remember me? I was disappointed, but I tried not to show it. My phone went off and I saw it was a text from Allison.

Allison: When did Calum wake up?

I had forgotten about Allison. It seemed that everyone did. It's been a month and no one told her about it. I can imagine the sinking feeling she got when she found out.

Luke: a month ago...

Allison: a month ago? No one told me? I'm not mad, I'm just really nervous. I had made things right with everyone, but I know Calum will never forgive me. I can't even forgive myself.

I knew that Allison was sorry, but trying to get Calum to believe that was going to be hard.

Luke: I'm really sorry Allison, I'll talk to Calum about it soon. I can't right now, he doesn't remember me. He had some memory loss.

Allison: So he doesn't remember me either right?

Luke: I don't know

Allison: I know he doesn't remember you, but can you talk to him, about me?

Luke: I'll try.

I had to do this for Allison. I knew what she was feeling. I drove to Calum's house. Joy opened the door, and gave me a loving smile. She told me Calum was upstairs. Going upstairs, I remembered the last time I had gone up here. I remembered seeing Calum, hiding in his bathroom scared.

He looked so confused, but he let me in his room anyways.

"Hey Calum. I know you don't remember me, so I'll just introduce myself, I'm Luke. We've been best friends for a really long time. But something split us up. Danielle. I think already know about her. She started dating me, and I guess it tore us apart. And I'm really sorry for that"

He looked up at me, and I think he started to remember.

"Luke" he whispered.

"Sorry, I forgot"

"Don't feel bad Cal. I just have to ask you one more thing"

"Do you remember Allison?"

He looked down, and his face went almost pale. I guess he did remember.

"Calum?"

"I remember her" he whispered.

"Listen, since the accident she's turned into a completely different person. She can't forgive herself at all for being the reason that you did this to yourself. She's changed Cal. All she wants is for you to forgive her"

"Luke, I don't know. Maybe she had changed, but the thing is even if I do forgive her... I'll never forget what she did"

"And that's okay, all she wants is for you to think of her as the different person she is. Not the horrible person she was before"

"Can I uh- talk to her?"

"Yep, we can go meet up with her right now"

He seemed scared. I don't know that her fully trusted me or Allison yet.

When we got to the park, Calum seemed really tense. I think I actually saw him shaking. Allison looked even more nervous the Calum. She was pacing up and down, biting her lip, and I think I saw her shaking a bit.

"Allison?" I called.

She looked up, and her face went pale. She looked like she was about to puke or something. A worried look was all over he face, and there was no way of hiding it.

"Hi" she whispered.

I nudged Calum's arm and he gave me a look that said "Do I have to?"

I nudged him again.

"Hi Allison" he mumbled.

"Calum can we talk over there?" She said.

"Okay"

Allison's POV

As soon as I said that I automatically regretted it.

"Look Calum, I know that you see me as this horrible person that you hate, but I promise you I've tried my best to change. It's okay if you don't forgive me. I don't even forgive me"

"It's okay. I do forgive you, but I just can't forget about what you did"

"Maybe you shouldn't. If you forget about what I did, you might not see what I've changed"

Sorry it's been a while, and the chapters have been kinda short lately. I honestly thought I'd have more time to write and stuff during summer, but I wanted to do other stuff as well and writing is probably the thing I have the least amount of time for at the moment. But that will change hopefully. Bye!!
