After making her deal with Gold, Cora went to Regina's house. Once there, she looked though all the rooms, eventually getting to Henry's. There, Cora found an old mold of Henry's handprint with the words 'To Mommy' written on it.
In the middle of the night, Henry entered Regina's family mausoleum and slid the sarcophagus over. He walked down the stairs and started calling for his mother "Mom? Hello? Hello? Hello? Mom?"
Behind one of the walls, Regina had a hidden room. She heard Henry and walked over to one of the mirrors on the wall, waving her hand over it in order to see out of the room
"You in there? Can I come in? Mom?" Henry insisted
When he turned to leave, Regina opened the door to the hidden room
"Mom? Mom?" Henry said, entering the room. As soon as he was inside, he hugged Regina, who quickly closed the door again
"Henry, I'm so glad you're here" she said softly before breaking the hug and looking Henry in the eye "I missed you so much when... I have to let you know, I had nothing to do with Archie" she told him
"I know. I always knew" Henry assured her
"I was framed" Regina continued "I don't know how. I, it just seems like everything-" she stopped then, finally realizing what Henry had said "You knew? How did you know?" she asked him
"Simple" Henry replied, as blue smoke surrounded him. When it dissipated, Cora was standing in his place "Because I did it" she said
"Mother" Regina whispered "You... I thought we stopped you. How did you get through?" she asked, taking a step back
"Determination" Cora replied "I had to see you. I needed to tell you, that I know why you sent me through the looking glass. And I know why you tried to have me killed. And it's, it's alright" she said
"I think it's not alright" Regina replied
"I love you" Cora told her daughter "I just, I've always shown it in all the wrong ways. And I never should have made you marry the King. I'm so sorry" she apologized "When you cried over my coffin, it all changed"
"You framed me. For the cricket" Regina said
"Temporarily" Cora said "So you could see what these people really think of you" she explained
"You made an airtight case. Anyone would believe it" Regina argued
"I didn't want you to reject me. Not again" Cora said
"You wanted me broken" Regina replied
"Receptive" Cora corrected her
Regina chuckled "You are the most manipulative..." she started, but stopped herself "No. I won't even argue. Come with me. We're going to town" she said, going to the door
"It's the middle of the night" Cora pointed out
"I don't care. We'll wake them up" Regina said "Emma, Henry, Angie and the two idiots, and you can tell them how you lied. You owe me that"
"And then you'll let us start over?" Cora asked softly
"I don't see that happening, mother" Regina said honestly "But I am, I was, trying so hard to be worthy of Henry. And I deserve the same thing from you"
"You're right" Cora agreed "For you, sweetheart, anything"
Regina and Cora were in Regina's car, driving towards Mary Margaret's apartment unaware of what was going on at the hospital
