Taehyung woke up a bit past eight am and got up after giving some kisses and cuddles to his boyfriend and being aggressively pushed away for waking him up. Yesterday he had been looking forward to having a nice breakfast at the outdoor part of the restaurant with his partner but Bogum seemed to be set on sleeping in.
Putting on his sandals, Taehyung entered the restaurant, resigned to his fate of eating by himself until he saw Jungkook sitting down at a table.
"Morning" He said sitting down next to him.
"Oh, hey! Good morning. How did you sleep?"
"Like a baby, the air around here is so fresh and the silk sheets are perfect" Taeyhyung strectehd on his seat and sighed.
"I know right, I went down like a log too"
Taehyung's cappuccino arrived and Jungkook asked the waiter for a refill on his coffee.
"Where's Bogum?"
"Sleeping in. Where's Eunwoo?"
"Sleeping in"
"I swear those two are estranged brothers or something" Taehyung joked. "So, how do you feel about this whole weekend away thing?"
"What do you mean?"
"Are you liking it so far? I mean you're here with a client, an ex-boyfriend and their new boyfriend"
"I am liking it because I'm hoping that when we get back to Seoul on Tuesday you'll stop calling yourself the ex-boyfriend and instead, a friend"
Hearing this made Taehyung realize that this whole time he had been the one behaving like a child. Jungkook was thinking about the future whereas Taehyung had been stuck in the past, always bringing it up. He wanted to apologize but at that time, Sejeong and Heejing sat down next to them. The group talked about the different activities the resort offered and suggested they all go for a hike after breakfast.
Forty-five minutes later, Taehyung was entering his room, the bed was empty and the door to the bathroom was closed. As soon as he sat down, it opened, revealing Bogum in his pajamas; a grey t-shirt and black shorts.
"Where were you? I woke up and you weren't here" Bogum leaned against the doorframe, he seemed relaxed and well rested.
"I was having breakfast"
"Without me?"
"When I tried to wake you up, you pushed me away!"
"So, you ate alone?"
"No, Jungkook and the girls were there" Taehyung got up and went to take out the clothes he'd be wearing for the hike.
"How about Eunwoo?"
"He hadn't eaten when I left, if you go now you can probably eat together"
Taehyung told him about their plans to go hiking right after the boys were done eating their breakfast. Once Bogum was out, he took his shower and changed before going to Heejin and Sejeong's room to wait until Eunwoo and Bogum were ready.
At ten thirty the group was starting the trail. They all looked like a bunch of rich tourists with their kaki colored clothes and expensive hiking boots. At first they walked in a line, all talking with each other than in pairs, Jungkook and Heejin, Sejeong and Eunwoo, Taehyung and Bogum.
The brunette felt happy to be holding his boyfriend's hand and walking through the forest, it was all very romantic but eventually Bogum had ditched him to go chat with Eunwoo and Heejin. Taehyung trailed behind at first but Sejeong quickly appeared by his side.
