A lot has changed in the few months we've been back at 12, instead of Peeta walking me to my door and going home, he now comes in and we spend the evening drawing, sharing our feelings and cuddling together in front of the fireplace. I suppose you could say we now live together seeing as his bed has not been slept in for 5 months, and mine is never empty.

Tonight is different though, instead of walking towards mine, he pulls me across to his door, kissing me softy before he opens it.

"I just need to grab something, come in and wait for me, I'll be 2 seconds", I hear him clumping upstairs, dragging his leg behind him.

I sit at the big dining table In his kitchen, rubbing the oak with my hand, it looks exactly the same as the table in my dream, even down to the knot in the wood right in the centre.

I think to myself, why would there be children in Peeta's house? He has no family left and there isn't any children that look like that live around here.. Strange, the faceless man still sticks in my mind though, his clothes dark with white marks, or was it white with dark marks? Could the marks be coal, like ones I saw on my father and Gale after a long shifts in the mine or the floury ones that Peeta bares every afternoon when he leaves the bakery?

my mind goes blank.

He hops down the stairs clutching a small backpack which looks full to the brim.

"Got enough in there?" I laugh pulling at the round bag, which I can see is full of spare cloths and other basics.

"Well seeing as I seem to be stopping at yours most of the time now, we might as well make it official, Miss Everdeen, may I move in to your house?". He winks and slings the strap over his shoulder, not waiting for me to answer before exiting through the door.
