HOPE HAD RECEIVED A LETTER FROM RON, near the end of summer inviting her to the quidditch cup and of course she agreed to go, she enjoyed watching quidditch but loved watching the men on the teams. Thankfully Remus and Sirius had agreed to let her go, which was good for her because she already sent a letter back to Ron saying she was allowed to go and the Weasleys should be expecting her to arrive soon.
Sirius had volunteered to apparat Hope to the burrow, Remus tried to argue saying that it wouldn't be the best idea but Sirius insisted—Hope believed it was just because he wanted to see harry—which lead to both him and Hope standing outside the burrow.
"Will you be okay?" Hope asked gently looking up at Sirius before she knocked on the door
"Me? of course I will be" Sirius said with a slight chuckle which sounded rather fake,
"Okay then" Hope mumbled before knocking on the door
Molly answered with her usual loving smile bringing Hope into a tight hug, she then did the same to Sirius pulling him into a tight comforting hug—which was arguably tighter than the one she gave Hope. Molly dragged them both through to the kitchen where Harry, Ginny and Ron were sitting eating breakfast.
Harry's face lit up when he saw Sirius, grinning from ear to ear he jumped from his seat practically running to hug Sirius, Hope tried not to feel too offended when Harry moved past her without even saying hello.
She sighed before sitting down at a chair at the table which happened to be Harry's and stealing the toast off his plate and said hello to Ginny and Ron as Sirius pulled Harry aside to talk to him somewhere more private,
"Where's Hermione?" Hope asked with a mouthful of toast
"Not here yet, she's coming in a couple of days" Ginny replied picking at her food
"So I'm going to have to deal with Ron and Harry alone for a couple days?" Hope said with a frown, which made Ginny laugh
"I'm right here, I can hear you" Ron said with a scoff
"You were supposed to" Hope said flatly
"Hope! I'm leaving" Sirius announced coming back into the kitchen with Harry
"Already?" Hope said with a frown
"I should get back, you'll be alright though?" Sirius asked
Hope nodded, Sirius smiled softly at her saying a final goodbye to Molly and Harry before leaving the burrow,
"Can you pass my plate down please Hope?" Harry said from his new chair further up the table
"Oh hello Harry I've missed you, My summers been great thanks for asking" Hope said a sarcastic smile plastered on her face
Both Ron and Ginny snorted
"I've missed you too, can I have my plate now please?" Hope let out a satisfied hum passing over Harry's plate
"Did you eat my toast?" Harry asked looking at his plate
Hope shrugged,
"Nope"

Thankfully Hermione arrived, and Hope had never been happier. She loved the boys but they were truly the most annoying people when they were together. But now she had Hermione to balance the group back out.
