Yasmine didn't know how angry she should get.

Seriously who does this man think he is? He just sent men to kidnap her out of the blue and he even gave her an ultimatum for her to move into his house. He was seriously something else.

Yasmine hit her head and slapped herself a million times for what she said to him. Even if she said it in anger, how could she blurt out that she would move into his house just like that?

It was the worst decision ever.

Or was it?

Now Yasmine didn't know what was right or wrong anymore. Even after her mother got well, she still didn't know where to take her to and where they'll be living together. She couldn't say in the hospital for ever. It wasn't even hygienic for someone like her. Living in an hospital could make her.sick herself and seriously she didn't have any money to treat herself now especially when her mother was still in the hospital.

It seemed like the only thing to do was move into that man's house, which had a lot of disadvantages.

She didn't know why or what the universe was planning to do yo her and what it had in store for her.

She wished she would just find a way to escape Erick Dùnn's clutches but as far as he argued that she owed him was something she couldn't ignore.

And if he could kidnap her now without anyone finding out, imagine what he could do to her later on.

It might get worse!

Yasmine knew she already walked into the lion's den, there was no coming back out now. She had better start digging get own grave and preparing her own funeral.

There was nothing worse than what she has to do through now in her life.

It was obviously the worst.

Erick was very delighted. He got her where he wanted her already. He knew she had no where to go. Obviously she was the one who said she was going to come live with him so he would stop harassing her. She had no choice.

Erick contentedly sipped his wine as he smiled devilishly. He was very proud of himself. He had the hidden beauty. He immediately put a call across Patrick.

"I've got your bet," He said.

"You said that the last time, Erick," Patrick said. " And she isn't even in your home yet."

"She was today, " Erick said. " She even decided to come to my house to live with me. "

"I'm sure she didn't just agree to live with you so easily," Patrick said. "How did you threaten her this time, Erick?" Patrick said knowning Erick.

Erick always wanted to have everything. And if he couldn't get it easily, he would result to every means possible to get what he wanted, even if it meant breaking down a person or the thing emotionally and physically, if possible.

That was Erick's way of doing things.

You talk nicely and quietly, or you get tortured and tormented till you break and yell while talking as well.

"Nothing much, I didn't torture her, she's a lady," Erick said. "How will I torture a woman?"

"And since when did you start caring about that? " Patrick asked. "The Erick I know never cared if he tortures a woman. Infact, torturing is your favourite speciality."

Erick smirked.

His friend knew him too well.

"Alright, I didn't torture her that much, I didn't even touch her." He said. "I just threatened her and gave her an ultimatum."

"Which is?"

"She comes to live with me in my house or she'll pay for her mother's treatment herself and refund the money I used in paying her mother's treatment, which I'm very sure she can't pay back within the weeks I have her. If she wants to pay that kind of money she'll use years. "

"Was it millions?" Patrick asked.

"Yeah, it's a few million bucks, " Patrick said. "Two million bucks."

"You're right, she can't pay the money back that quickly, based on the fact that she's the only one who can cater for herself and her mom." Patrick said. " Geez, Erick, you're a bad man. You didn't even give her time." Patrick said, chuckling.

"I did, I gave her enough time,," Erick said. " If I didn't I wouldn't have been checking up on her mom and even left her alone for a long time before I kidnapped her now. I wouldn't even allow her talk to me like I was her personal houseboy."

"Wait, she did? She disrespected you?" Patrick said and laughed." I never knew there was a human being who would disrespect you and go scot free."

"I'm just letting her have her way now but when she's in my home, she'll have to bend to my rules. " Erick said. "Sometimes to get what you want you have to play dumb. That's exactly what I'm doing right here now. And I've gotten her into my trap already." He said. "She won't know what hit her."

"Ohhh, now that's the Erick I know!" Patrick said. "I hope she doesn't know that she's just a bet right?" He asked. "I heard women don't take it lightly when they find out they were just used as a bet between men. She looks pretty dangerous even though she doesn't show it."

"Don't worry about that, she doesn't know a thing. " Erick said. "And even if she does there's nothing she can do about it. Unless she can pay back her debt to me and find a way to take care of her mother without my help, she's free to do whatever she likes then."

"Looks like you've got everything planned out then, my dear friend," Patrick said smiling.

"Of course, you know me by now." Erick said. "I am Erick Dúnn.." he finally said with an authoritative voice.
