Veronica GreeneI kind of thought I stood a better chance with Charles, his idiotic goofball behavior, his sweet innocent treat you like a queen actions, his overall insecure personality, I didn't think he would give into other girls. I didn't think he'd wind up being a dad to six kids before I even thought about anything he'd probably done billions of times by the time I met him.
He had an innocent Aurora, a desperate need for companionship, never in my life did I think so many girls would fall the way I fell. Yet, I cannot say I was any better, my heart was set on Ryan. I used Charles to move on? I guess? I wasn't sure.
Difference is I tried to treat him right. I'm just glad Ryan's here now. The airs been cleared he talks to me like he never left.
Charles is the annoying I don't understand why you do that, drama. The kind you can't seem to get out of your head till you have firm evidence. Wether the why is answered or not. That. That's the type of drama he creates. Just incase you don't know that's the most stressful drama you can ever deal with. Drama is stressful, now add those questions that keep you awake at night.
"Knock knock."
"Howdy, Howdy!"
"Soooo, um you know my friend Hayden right?"
"Yeah, why?"
"He wants you to be his date for a double date."
"Uh let me think on that cupcake."
"V? You know we're at home correct?"
"Well aware I just like your nick name."
"I hate it."
"That's exactly why I love it, Andrew." I rolled my eyes and grabbed a leather Jacket from the closet. "I have to go see doctor mom about this shoulder. Can you and Candy give me a ride?"
"Yeah, might wanna wake Prince Charming, let him know your leaving." I forgot we all agreed Ryan could move in and occupy the fourth room. You know next door to me. I'm not about to treat him living with me any differently than Andrew. He needed a place to go, I had a spare room I provided him that place to be.
"Sure thing, wouldn't want to leave him clueless." I sighed halfway happily.
I was more annoyed at the prospect of him thinking more of living with me than it is. It seems to be a joke, but I can't be too careful after Charles. Aside from the jokes, he knows my boundaries and he knows what happens if he crosses them. Henry met Andrew last night and growing up beside Andrew and the lack of availability due to Katie I became another sister to him. He's just as protective of me as he is his sisters. His sisters don't like him right now, but they know he'd still do anything for them.
They will heal, they will grow and they will see that they are in each other's lives for a reason.
In the middle of my thoughts I walked over to Henry's room knocked a decent amount of times. Then swung the door open.
"Wake up Dork, I gotta go to moms."
"Why'd you wake me then."
"No ones gonna be here when you finally get out of bed. And my car's the only thing still gonna be here."
"Go away." He groaned. I decided I'd write him a note and stick it on the inside of his door.
"Tell him to pick you up afterwards, Candy and I can drop you off but after that we're going to the theaters to see some sorta cheesy romance movie I'm sure. Then she wants to go furniture shopping." I raised an eye brow.
