{Killian's POV}
Killian awoke to what sounded like a giant blender and a tornado combined. The sound of consistent waves against the side of his ship had helped him become a heavy sleeper. But this, this was too much. "Bloody hell, Swan, what is that?" He called out from the bedroom. He let out a heavy sigh and got up after hearing no answer. Killian slid some pants on, not bothering about a shirt and opened the bedroom door just in time to witness Emma and Regina being consumed by black magic. "What the hell?!" He tried shouting over the magic at them. Emma caught sight of Killian and waved him back. "No!" He shouted.

"What?! Get out of here!" Emma's shouting was muffled by the sound of the magic box.

"I'm not leaving you, Swan!" He stumbled his way over to her and Regina. "What'd you do?!" He yelled at Emma.

"We didn't do anything! It just... happened!" Emma squinted her eyes blinded by the magical source.

"Enough of this!" Regina screamed waving her hands. Within seconds, the sound had stopped. Regina had frozen the magic in it's place.

"Regina.. How the bloody hell did you do that?" He asked not moving.

"I'm not sure," Regina said calmly. "But, what I do know is that we don't have any time to waste. The magic below will wear off my magic holding it off," she grabbed the box and started out the door. Killian started after Emma. She looked back and placed her hand on his chest, stopping him abruptly.

"What are you-" he was cut off.

"You might want to put on a shirt before we go," Emma said.

"Why, Swan? Thought I'd be a gentleman and leave it off for your benefit," he smirked at her.

"Maybe for my benefit, but not for David's," she raised an eyebrow giving his chest a light pat. That got his attention. The thought of David seeing him without a shirt was a mix of déjà vu and terror. Emma followed Regina and headed out the door. Killian ran into the bedroom to get a shirt, put it on and looked in the mirror.

Fixing his hair and pointing at the mirror he stated, "wow, I really am as dashing as they say." He smirked to himself and jogged after Emma and Regina.

{Emma's POV}
"Regina!" As Emma caught up to Regina, she felt a pain in her stomach. She had gotten side cramps before, but this was different. She slowed to a halt clutching it tightly. She cringed at the pain.

"What the hell is wrong? Why did you stop?" Regina jogged back to Emma.

"My stomach," she moaned.

"Really? We're dealing with the possibility of releasing six of the nastiest, most powerful villains, and you're stopping because of a tummy ache?!" Regina set down the box as Hook caught up to them panting.

"What's the matter?" He asked.

"No, this is different," Emma clarified ignoring Hook. Regina rolled her eyes at Emma and put her hands on her stomach, pressing and feeling different parts of it. Somewhere below her stomach searing pain shot through Emma's body and she gasped.

"Oh, yup," Regina said, "That would be your appendix. You need an appendectomy." Regina picked up the box and kept walking.

"What? That's it?" Emma yelled. "You're just gonna keep moving? How do you even know that?!" Regina turned back at her.

"Henry had one when he was five, and his scar's in the same place. I'm sure your boyfriend.. Excuse me.. Fiancé will take you to the hospital. I, however, do not have time for pit stops. So, I will continue the search while you head to the hospital and get surgery," Regina stated walking away. Emma closed her eyes. Surgery? She didn't have time for surgery. The pain shot through her body up through her arms and down to her toes, so she stumbled back clutching her torso. A hand grabbed her shoulder to steady her. Killian picked her up like a bride and started walking.

"Let's get you to the hospital, love." Emma rolled her eyes. He was so sassy and charming, she sometimes forgot how old fashioned he was.
