{Killian's POV}
Killian and Emma were on their way out the door when Whale and a couple nurses performing CPR rushed by them with three stretchers. Whale was shouting orders at them as the doctors rushed as fast as they could to complete the tasks. He stretched his neck to catch a glimpse of the victims of whatever had happened.

"Emma.." He said tugging on her jacket and nodding towards one of them. It was her mother.

"Oh my God.." Emma breathed, "Mom?" She asked. They followed two of the three stretchers into the trauma wing of the hospital. The one carrying Mary Margaret had gone directly into the surgery wing. "I need to find David. He would have been with her. Is he on one of the stretchers?" Emma was frantic and sweaty.

"Calm down, Swan we'll find him. You could use your magic." Killian responded trying to helplessly comfort her. "There are some cases where magic cannot overcome, and that's when doctors step in. Plus, I haven't learned anything like that yet." She was still. Nurses pushed them right and left trying to get through with their equipment.

"We need to preform an emergency trache over here! Lungs are full of smoke!" One of the male doctors shouted. Whale walked over to the man struggling to breathe.

"August?" Emma asked as if she knew the man on the table.

"You know him, lass?" He asked as someone grabbed his arm. Killian swiveled around to see David with a gash across his forehead and clothes torn, burnt, and reeking of fire.

"Where's Mary Margaret?" He asked looking around frantically.

"They took her to a different room" Killian responded not knowing much about hospitals.

"Surgery," Emma responded, "Wait, so if you're okay, then whose the third person on the stretcher?" They couldn't see the third because the nurses had drawn a curtain for privacy. David looked down at his shoes.

"It's Regina." Emma looked up in shock. August, Mary Margaret and Regina all had a chance of dying. From behind the curtain someone yelled:

"Lung collapsed! Lung collapsed! Someone get a chest tube over here immediately!" Killian didn't know what that meant, due to his lack of modern knowledge, but by the sounds of it, it sounded pretty bad. Emma covered her hands over her mouth to keep from crying. He put his arm around Emma and looked at David.

"You should really get that checked, mate," he said gesturing at his own forehead. David rolled his eyes in response.

"I'm not really worried about myself here, Hook. My wife and friends are fighting for their lives, do you think I'm worried about a scratch?" David glared at him.

"Sorry, David. Just trying to get your mind elsewhere." Killian raised his hands backing off. A nurse on standby glanced at David and walked up to him.

"Let's get you stitched up, sir." She grabbed his arm and pulled him to an empty bed in the trauma wing. Killian looked at Emma, who was still in shock, and pulled her away.

"Let's go to the waiting room, love. No need to see all of this." Emma didn't fight him, but whimpered slightly. David joined them after thirty minutes. Robin, who was waiting in the car for Emma and Killian's appointment to be over, was informed of the accident and came to sit inside frantically. They sat in the waiting room for what seemed like hours, waiting for the possibility of good news that may never come.
