As soon as Touya opened the door to the building, he could already hear voices, and they became louder as he walked up the steps to the hall. At the end of the hall, the bar door was open and he could see people practically shouting at each other, their voices panicked.

Someone came out - Sako, and he had a cold expression on his face.

"Have you seen Jin?" he asked Touya, looking serious. The latter raised an eyebrow at the urgency in his voice.

"No, why?"

Sako didn't answer his question, briskly walking past him to his room where he opened the door a little to reach behind and grab a long cloak off the hooks on the back of the doorframe. In one swift move it was around his shoulders and he hopped down the staircase, not looking back.

"Hey! I asked a question, Magic Man," Touya called. He heard the exit down the stairs shut and stuck his middle finger up in that direction, shoving his other hand in his pocket.

He made his way to the bar and looked around, it was just Toga and Shimura now. Toga's hands were flailing all over the place, while Shimura looked grim. They both turned to Touya as he entered the room.

"What's going on?" he asked dully. Toga glanced at Shimura, expecting him to answer. He sighed.

"In short, Jin went out and didn't come back." Touya let out a puff of air through his nose in amusement.

"That's it? Why's that such a big deal? He's probably, you know, doing 'villain' stuff, as you guys call it."

"But when he goes out, it's only for a few hours. A single day at the very most."

"And how long has Jin been gone?"

Shimura dipped his head. "He left the night before Keigo flew off." Touya frowned.

"So, he's been missing for, what? Two days? Three days?" Shimura shrugged. Toga stepped forward, fidgeting.

"That evening, when you were all talking, did he say anything to you? I ran out, but you and Keigo were still in there with him. What were you saying?"

Touya leant against the doorframe with a heavy sigh, folding his arms.

"I wasn't saying anything," he told them. "I wasn't really listening, either. It was just him and Kei going on about Japan and police and quirks and raids and shit. I don't know. Oh, he did say he was going out that night though. To his house? Apparently he stories all his 'goods' there. Is that what you want to know?"

Shimura hopped off his barstool. "That's it! He'll be at his old house. Come on, Toga. We're going. Now." He turned to Touya. "Todoroki, you stay here in case he comes back."

"Whatever. I'm going outside for a smoke." Tenko glared at him.

"Selfish bastard. Can't you think of someone other than yourself for once?!" he hissed.

Touya ignored him like the moody bitch he was, going off to his room. He grabbed a pack of cigarettes on the shared nightable and headed downstairs, pushing open the green emergency exit door. Or rather, entrance, since that was what everyone used it as.

The tip of his index finger alighted with a small blue flame, and it sizzled as it lit up the end of the joint. He held it to his lips, inhaling deeply before puffing out the smoke. Touya leant against the wall with a small smile, but it disappeared not long after when Toga burst through the heavy door, closely followed by Shimura in a thick coat.

"Stay here, alright? He might return soon, you never know."

Touya didn't care where that grumpy man was or not. He had other things to be worried about.
