Haseena intertwined her hand with Karishma's walking outside and Karishma turned back looking at Yuki for one last time with a sad smile. Kareena was momentarily distracted by Meenakshi ji and that helped them move out before their love for the little one could stop either again. Haseena looked at Karishma whose face resembled a stone, so expressionless.

"Karishma? Let it out." Haseena said softly. They were still in the Silagaur compound on their way to where they had parked the jeep.

"Hum bilkul theek hai humein ka hoga." Karishma said feigning nonchalance as she continued to walk towards their car. Haseena looked at her hot-headed girlfriend who never liked to cry. Never wanted to ever look weak. She always wanted to be the rock for others. Always used to being available for others that she had now mastered the art of never letting herself be taken care of.

"Idhar dekhiye. Humare ankhon mein." Haseena asked and Karishma struggled with her emotions for a couple of seconds, biting her inner cheek to keep herself from crying. She then straightened, looked into Haseena's eyes and immediately broke down. Haseena only pulled her into a hug, caressing her head and Karishma let it all out holding onto Haseena dearly.

"It's okay Karishma. Yuki kaheen nahi gayi hai. Unko hum weekends pe mil lengey. Yeh shayad ab kehne layak baat nahi hai par ek din hum ek bacchi ko adopt karna chahenge. Unko aapke saat raise karna chahenge. Aapka woh roop ko dekhna chahenge. Hum jaante hai ki aap ek bahoth hi achi Maa hongi. Humara chota sa parivar hoga. Ab aap yeh mat kehna ki aapko humare alawa kisi ki zaroorat nahi hai." Haseena said, and Karishma nodded her head with fresh tears making it to her eyes and Haseena held her face wiping them off with her thumb.

"Humko Yu-Kareena humare zindagi mein humesha ke liye chahiye Haseena." Karishma said in between her silent sobs indicating that it was Kareena. It could only be Kareena. She yet again hugged Haseena hiding her crying face from the world in the crook of Haseena's neck where she felt safe enough to be weak.

"Inn kuch dinon mein unhone humare dil ko aise choo liya hai, unn nanhi si haathon se humko aise khaidh kar liya hai ki hum yeh soch baite ki acha hota agar woh humari, hum donon ki bacchi banke humare saat rahein puri zindagi. Aur aap unko itni pasand thi itni pasand thi... Hachi-" Karishma sobbed with a fresh set of tears remembering how she was just outside their bedroom when Yuki had addressed Haseena as Hachi even though she was mad at Haseena at that time, that "Hachi" had made her heart flutter in a manner that was very new to her. Maybe that's how it felt to have a child. To see them grow in front of your eyes and Karishma had gotten greedy expecting those small happy moments to be a constant in their life.

"Hum Yuki se milne ayengey Karu." Haseena said. The mention of Kareena addressing her as Hachi had made her emotional as well. Karishma separated and seeing that a tear or two had escaped her Haseena's eyes, changed her entire demeanor for she was the one that held Haseena now. Coaxing her. Trying to change the topic. Trying to distract her. The wise eyes of Meenakshi Singh Silagaur never left the pair who were acting as a unit handling each other with such care and love, who were shedding tears on being separated from the child that was a daughter born out of marriage to a person who had wanted to kill her, that was born in a family that deserved nothing but hell.

"Ab chalein? Dekhiye yeh kitni lambi list bachi hai." Karishma showed the trying so hard to distract Haseena. "Aur toh aur aap kitni waqt leti hai shopping karne mein. Humne toh brush, soap aur kapde laane bhool hi gaye. Aapka dress choose karne ke liye wait karte karte subah hojayega." Karishma smiled mischievously at Haseena who now had the expression that could only be described as "hawh"

"Aap bhi kam waqt nahi lagati Karishma. Dekhte hai ki koun zyada waqt lagata hai lehenga chunne mein." Haseena challenged her.

"Dekhte hai. Aur cake tasting karna hai. Table cloth chunna hai. Sangeet, mehendi, shaadi ka joda, matching jewellery uff kitne kaam hai Hasee aur aap hai ki waqt zaya kar rahi hai." Karishma complained and Haseena threw her a mean glare which was answered by a chuckle from Karishma.
