I laughed and looked at the route my mom had up on her phone, it said 5 minutes and we would be there.
My laughs died down and I started looking at the houses we were passing by, occasionally hoping some would be ours, but the she would keep driving.
I looked back down at it and it said '-1min' and I was about to tell Shane when I heard the robotic voice say 'arrived' and I saw , and heard shane gasp and his eyes widened.
I looked at the house next to us where we were parked and it was actually super cute

"The colors kinda gross, but we can paint that" my mom said smiling
I heard Shane yell from the phone "LET ME SEE!" So I flipped the camera and pointed it at the house
"Omg that's so cute" he said in awe
"I knoww, oh yeah and mom what color were you thinking?" I asked her
"I'm not really sure yet" she responded (I actually don't know I need recommendations for it😭)
"We'll find out soon" I reassured he
"Ok! Let's start unpacking yeah?" She said clapping on the word 'ok'
"I gotta go Shane, I'll call you when we take a break or when I get a chance" I said to Shane through the screen
He fake pouted then smiled again at his own joke then said "byeeeee"
"Byeeeeeeee" I said back to him before hanging up.
I started helping my mom get all the boxes into the middle of the floor of what i think is is living room.
After I got all the boxes in I started walking around the house.
I went back to my mom and asked her, "which room is mine?"
"End of the hall on the left I'm pretty sure"
I followed the directions she gave me and walked down the hall, I ended up in a medium sized room that had a window that stuck out a bit, with a bench covering the empty floor space in the dent.
