Coming Home

Hey everyone it's me Lexi, the one who writes these chapters. I know the last time I posted I said I would be back and be posting regularly. That truly was my intention I had notes on future chapters and storylines. Then Life threw a curveball at me. Maybe one day I'll go into more detail but this time I think I'm really back. 

Also If there are continuity issues cut me some slack a lot has happened between now and when I posted that last chapter. I know I should go back and read it but I'm not I'm just picking up where I want to.

With their little extended spa stay over the girls found themselves packing up the Mustang yet again. This time with significantly more room for themselves. Now there was room for them to dance around and stretch on their ride home instead of being stuck in a confined area like when they rode up to the venue. 

With no time constraints, this go around the newlyweds found themselves stopping more frequently on the way home to see the sights. 

Their first stop was at a small park where they sat in the shade under the trees and enjoyed a small picnic lunch before hitting the road again. They drove until they were about halfway home and decided they needed to stop and stretch their legs. So they stopped at an underground garden where they stayed and took in the sights for a little over an hour. With it getting later in the day the two had decided the next time they would get out of the car it would be when they arrived home.

After 3 more hours of Driving the Newlyweds had finally made it back Home. It was finally time to get out of the car go inside and unwind after their long day of driving and adventuring.

Well, it looks like we've finally made it home.

We sure did.

We've made lots of memories here.

*exhales*

I've called this place home for a long time but now it really is one.

Hailee looked at y/n as she put the car into park in the driveway taking one of her hands and kissing it before lowering it again and saying. 

Because you're here.

I'll always be here. *kisses Hailee*

Unless I'm with you wherever we happen to be.

Whether it be another MET, movie premiere, or album release party.

Bold to assume i'll ever release an album.

Well, whatever the occasion it is I'll be there supporting you.

Now come on let's go inside and make some more memories.

I would love nothing more than that but aren't you forgetting something?

The only things that have to go in the house is you and me.
